Super clean and well organized store. Seems like there should be more products there though? Not tons of selection. I LOVED the order online and pick up in store feature. Was able to try on close and return my No's right there in the store. The lighting in the dressing rooms is great.

I fondly remember shopping with my mom as a child at Nordstrom. When I experience excellent service, I like to share the good news with others. I went to the Southcenter Nordstrom store to pick up an item from Clinique, where I met Maria Alfaro. I'm a long-time customer of Clinique.
Customer service is one of the best skills to have and enjoy. Not only did Maria greet me with a smile, but she listened to my concerns first and then offered a few recommendations. I bought a new item that I'm ready to try. I thanked her and said I'll give you my honest opinion soon. I moved on to the Jo Malone trying scents. I could see Maria out of the corner of my eye. She came and offered input and a sample. That type of service is what's missing. It reminded me of the shoe salesperson who would call my mom when I was a child to tell her new shoes had come in that I might be interested in. The art of building relationships with customers in many places has disappeared, but Maria is a shining example and gift. I'll be back to pick up my selections soon. Thank you, Maria, for the brilliant attention and care you provided me.

I'm 6' 4", size 2XL, and wear size 14 shoes. When I'm on a critical mission to find some new gear for a next day business trip or vacation travel, I can always find everything I need at Nordstrom. Yes, you pay a bit more, but I believe the custom service and quality you receive is always worth it. Thanks for keeping us big guys looking good!

Good customer service and more choices of clothes and shoes than another location, Bellevue Mall.

Excellent help in the fragrance department, as well as men's and women's clothing. Good selection of clothing. I appreciate the neatness and cleanliness of this store. A few staff members were wearing masks. I appreciate this as well.

This store is nice and organized. I enjoy shopping here off and on, especially when I'm in the area.
Stop by to pick up woman Dior Perfume for my Mom and YSL man Cologne for a special person. The sales members were friendly and helpful to expedite my needs.
Parking is spacious and the store has multiple levels. It also has access to the Westfield mall from the inside.

I so rarely post reviews but had to give a shout out to Fab in the bras/lingerie department. I've been putting off buying a new bra for a year and finally today was the day. I went to a different bra store in the mall for a fitting and it was an experience that was incredibly lacking. The size was totally off (42 DDD or could be a DD I was told) and I wasn't given any help as to what bras might work best. I felt overwhelmed and left pretty quickly. So I headed to Nordstrom like I should have in the first place. Cue Fab, who walked right up to greet me and who was so genuine and kind. The fitting was correct and she brought in bras for me to try on. Fab even made sure the first bra I tried on fit correctly. I bought two perfect 40DDD Chantelle Bras that day and am so grateful for Fab and her kindness and direction that day.

The car pick up and returns can be a tad slow, and I recommend just running inside, but other than that, the teams have always helped me find what I need. Great customer service and cute clothes. If you're looking for more designer wear, I'd go to the Bellevue location. Otherwise, this location seems to have everything else you'd want/need.

I do not usually like shopping for clothes because of my unique physique, so I've been in dire need of new t shirts and a few other things for a couple years. I've tried on and ordered several different kinds (impatiently) to no avail and finally just asked for some guidance at Nordstrom. Christian dialed me in off the bat, and was an appreciatively relaxed salesperson...
I didn't even blink an eye at 6 x $70.00 basic t-shirts amongst other things because of the quality, fit and customer service.

Every time I come here for makeup or perfume the staff are so helpful and sweet, even when I accidentally knocked over a whole dior lotion stand..(again I’m so sorry) they were so kind. I had a lot of help from a worker named emerald and she was so so so kind! Give the girl a raise.

Wonderful shopping experience for my husband who hates shopping. When you are larger, shopping can be an intimidating and shameful experience. Vianna (spelling?) made him feel confident and searched relentlessly for the 2XLs ( that Nordstrom does not carry many of ) that he needed..She was friendly and knowledgeable. ❤❤❤

Lozawit at the beauty department, Chanel noir fragrances is AMAZING!! She is respectful, kind and very professional. 5 STAR ON ALL COUNTS!

Best shopping experience I have had in a long time. Donna helped my wife find the perfect dress for our anniversary. Mariana did a great job helping with alterations on my jacket and slacks. Our lunch in the cafe was excellent!

We had a lovely lady helping us out choosing the right perfume, we forgot her name but from looks she was 5.7 f, fit built, race: black, age roughly 30ish.
She was very helpful and even gave us testers to go so we can make sure we really know which product we wanted to purchase.

My favorite brow specialist, took care of the brow jungle.. Milan &Goetz products are increasing at this location, got my Leather scent and candle.. in general a great branch of the Nordstrom family..
