She is an amazing individual and an extremely hard worker. She TRULY cares for each of her clients. I bought a house with Monica Brown. I found Monica through Dave Ramsey's Trusted Providers program and I am very happy that I did. I was a first time home buyer and she went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and help me understand the process. I was also traveling from out of state to see houses and she worked with my schedule to make sure I was able to see all the houses I wanted to look. She also recommended a great loan provider and maintained a lot of contact with them throughout the process to make the entire process very quick and relatively easy. She got me a great deal on a great house at a time when higher rates and prices make it more difficult. I would recommend her services for anyone who is looking at buying or selling a house.

I had been looking for a home for my teenage son and myself for over a year. Then I was recommended to Julie Lynch with Retter & Company. I still cannot believe the amount of help and compassion she had through the whole process.
