This was our second experience working with Columbia Basin Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons. Both experiences were great! The staff were very calming for our kids, they talked to them as the patients making sure they answered any questions or concerns. The financial department was great to work with. The surgeons were very personable and made you feel comfortable right away, and the after care was great for any questions or concerns. If you have the need for oral surgery I highly suggest this office. It was a great experience all around.

My daughter needed a tooth extraction and a chain placed on an impacted tooth. The process from scheduling to end of the procedure was perfect. Communication from the doctors and staff was thorough, and the amount of care the doctor had was great. He repeatedly told us we could contact him any time of day/night afterward if we had any issues. I called later that day with some questions and the doctor called later just to check up on her. Wonderful place and will recommend them 100% to anyone needed oral surgery.

We loved the experience as a whole with this clinic. Through the process from the first appt to our last one there, everyone was very helpful. They really made us feel like family and it helped my daughter that they really wanted her as comfortable as she could be. I would definitely recommend to anyone that’s asks about Columbia basin.

This practice is amazing! I was in pain and DR Cooper did an amazing job! They took great care of me from the moment I walked in the door. From Julie the office manager, to Adella at the front desk and the team in the back office…. I could not have asked for a better experience. Both of my daughters have been here, and I would highly recommend this office to all my friends and family!

Dr. Black was very informative and kind for this procedure I've been dreading. Its day 3 but I already feel a million times better than I did before visiting this facility. I had two teeth extracted and the procedure went great. I was worried because these two teeth have been troublesome but they resolved the issues I have been having. Once I'm healed, I hope to come back in for an implant. I'm glad I got referred to this facility as they'll probably be my primary dentist moving forward. Thank you to all the staff here for being so accommodating. I'm happy to be adding another 5 star review for this facility because you guys earned it. 💖

Our 14 year old son had all 4 of his wisdom teeth removed. The procedure was so fast! Dr. Cooper is definitely an expert! All of the staff members were very kind, patient, and helpful. Any questions we had were answered promptly. Thank you for a great experience!

We had a great experience with Columbia Basin. My son had his wisdom teeth removed. His surgeon was amazing and explained the whole process to us. We had a quick consult and surgery same day avoiding another drive over.

My son had some work done at this clinic and the doctor and staff were amazing. My son was nervous about his procedure and he was well taken care of. The doctor took the time to answer all of our questions and was very thorough in explaining the procedure.

I was definitely afraid of having my wisdom teeth removed. I had an infection in one and was not able to get in anywhere for 6 weeks. Dr Black got me in the next day! The procedure went so smoothly. The team explained everything so well and were so patient with me. 10/10 recommend Dr Black and his team!

I had a molar and wisdom tooth removed. The staff was very helpful and friendly, they provided all after care and procedure instructions clearly and answered any questions I had. It was the cleanest and easiest tooth extraction I have had to date. They ask if I wanted to be sedated or out to sleep, I requested sedation and was made comfortable through the procedure. I had very little pain in the following days and everything has been healing up well. If you have to have a tooth extracted, you could not do better than them.

Friendly, caring and supportive staff. The were excellent in assisting my 15 year old to feel comfortable and safe before being put under general anesthesia and having all four wisdom teeth removed. There was no need for a follow up, no infection arose, minimal pain, and within 4 days he was feeling good. Very highly recommend this office for care! As they were also the office that removed my daughters four wisdom teeth as well.

Super efficient, thorough, and informative pre and post-procedure. My son is pretty chill anyway, but they did a good job making him comfortable. I also appreciated the clear updates around our insurance and how much we owed upfront.

Excellent service. The staff was very knowledgeable and was able to explain my procedure very well. They were also very efficient. I got a decaying wisdom tooth pulled and per my choose didn't get put out. It was way quicker then I thought and painless! So happy with the customer service and how at ease they made me feel!
