I would highly recommend Excalibur (Jon in particular)! He made everything go so smooth & quick. I normally hate going to the dealership but we were able to do 90% of it online & via text message! Which is super convenient because I’m out of town. It was absolutely an amazing experience! Loved the service & I walked away with the car I’ve been searching months for! Couldn’t be happier!

Matt is very professional and polite. He was not pushy or aggressive. The atmosphere is laid back which makes the process of car shopping less stressful. We ended up with a fair deal and a great looking vehicle. Everybody wins.

Kevin was wonderful! We went into Excalibur today with the goal of trading in an older vehicle and our van for one newer van. Kevin listened to what we wanted and needed in a vehicle, worked with us to find the perfect vehicle AND made sure we were happy and all set with proper Gap and warranty before we left! We also had to bring our two young kids with us, everyone was so friendly and patient with our kids, even when they got restless. My salesman was Thomas. He has been selling cars for over 30 years. Car buying is one of my top stressors. Thomas made the process so easy. He was calm and not the least bit pushy. He listened to exactly what I was looking for and the price range. Thomas took me to the exact car I was looking for. Everyone I dealt with, even the other sales people, were welcoming and so nice.

The entire team at Excalibur are very helpful and responsive. I texted a question on website sat morning 7am and got immediate answers. Lynn took pictures of the car for me before I can see it in person and Thomas helped with the test drive and every question I had. Thomas has been very patience and even gave us a ride.
