Mor Furniture for Less

Carlos was a huge part of why we ordered our couch with Mor. He was personable, patient, and so knowledgeable. His customer service was top tier and the reason we will always return to Mor for our furniture needs. Delivery was less than a week and when it was delivered they set up the couch exactly where we wanted it and even fluffed and placed the pillows beautifully. I highly recommend purchasing from this Richland, WA location. Thank you Carlos.

I came in looking for a mattress similar to the one I bought from Mor 4 years ago. They helped me find the current equivalent in the same price range and even gave me several options. The guy I worked with was very friendly and informative, and wasn't a "pushy salesman". He was very pleasant to work with and had all the paperwork ready very fast. I have been coming here for any furniture and mattresses I've needed since 2013 and will continue coming back!

Carlos was great and big thing we appreciated was not being pushy or following us around while we shopped. When we decided what we wanted he was quick to help and go over all options we could choose from. Would definitely recommend giving them a look!

I came in to look for a manual recliner and found one. A representative came to help me and no pressure she emailed a link in response that I was still shopping. We came back shortly after and she processed our order personally for us and arranged delivery and the steps to get the delivery. Again, wonderful no pressure service.

Ms. Ashley explained all the different options available and we decided to go with the customized Oracle down sofa. She was also very patient while my wife went back and forth on colors. That shouldn't deter the shopping experience since it was very much on our pace without pushing to buying into things that we didn't want. Discount was pretty good since it was during the President's day sale.

I got a text message the next day and we got it resolved. Very happy.

The Mor team is very respectful and ready to greet you as you walk in the door. They all made my family and myself feel welcomed. Sebastian was very helpful and showed me different options on the furniture I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable on what’s he’s selling and he answered all of our questions. We’re very satisfied with today’s visit at Mor Furniture. We’re definitely returning for our next bedroom upgrade.

Great furniture store with good deals. I bought sofa and loveseat set from here over 9 years ago. It was to for a new set. Ashley was great to work with. She helped us get the best deal with lots of discounts. I will always recommend Mor furniture store.

Walked into Mor not thinking I would really fine what I was looking for. Ashley really took her time to pay attention to details i described and found exactly what i wanted. She was very sensitive to my situation and understanding. She made me feel very comfortable, other times i have felt overwhelmed at furniture stores by the salesperson. Not in this case. I recommend Mor and definitely working with Ashley. I see myself returning.

Absolutely awesome! Many salesman will try to get one over on you but the lady named Ashley there was very honest about everything with us and treated us very well. Great place to go if you need a couch

My wife and I went to Mor to find a dining room set and were greeted by Sebastián.
He had great customer service. He brought us drinks and popcorn. Very respectful and allowed us plenty of space to do our shopping while still being near enough to answer any questions we had.
I'm just glad to see that there is still some good customer service in today's times. We will definitely be back for our future shopping needs!

We shopped at a few places and decided that the quality in furniture and customer service was best here. We weren’t hovered over, but still felt like customer care was well within reach with Ashley as our sales representative.

I wanted a new bed. I've purchased furniture from Mor in the past so has my daughter. I went to another store and their prices were outrageous. Mor has prices that I can actually afford. Sales people are always pleasant and helpful. My future furniture purchases will be at Mor Furniture.

Exceeded expectations of service. First of all, there was no high pressure salesmanship. Good thing or I would have left. Lance was an excellent salesman and a credit to his company. He was more than helpful, gave us time to think about our purchase, and made sure we got what we needed in a timely manner. When the furniture was delivered the delivery guys were prompt and set up set quickly.

Customer service was great. The product. Dining set does seem to be a bit of balanced but that is a manufactured defect I would imagine and not fault of the employees. It’s barely noticeable
