Jared has been awesome helping my wife transition from Android to Apple as well as helping me upgrade my plan to save me money and adding an Apple Watch. Would highly recommend going to see him for any questions you have

Curran was helpful and cleaned up a couple of things on my account. He looked into the promotions available for replacing my phone and explained features and prices clearly. He then patiently went through the transfer process. No high pressure sales, just got me the phone and accessories and got me all set up.

Jared & Juan did an amazing job helping us upgrading a line and figuring out service issues with a different line. Answered all our questions and were very helpful.

Joshua helped me switch my services from another provider, get a new phone, home internet, and a smart watch and applied every deal that he could. He stayed late to make sure every device was set up and operating correctly and answered every single question I had...Which was a lot because I am not tech savvy at all. Super helpful and SO happy with the help I received!!

Jared came in on his day day off and helped me resolve some billing issues I was having. I went in trying to lower my bill and was able to walk out with a couple new tablets, a watch and my bill was lower!

If I could only give 6 stars, I would. Baca was very nice and very patient! He helped me look through so many deals to figure out which worked for me and my budget. He didn't rush me and even stayed after closing to make sure everything was working! I can not say enough good things! Definitely would recommend this location for all your Verizon needs and work with Baca if you get the chance!

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had in a cellular store. Curran was the most friendly, helpful and courteous. Set us up with new phones, watches, took the time to completely set up new phones. Waited for them to transfer data, etc. highly recommend this location! They wanted to make sure our young kids were happy and comfortable for the visit. Super happy with the experience. All went well and he explained each aspect of the change to our bill.
