Used the drive up service for groceries which eliminated a task off of today’s to do list. Gave me just another reason to love target. Staff in Kennewick location is always friendly.

I mean what else can I say than a 5 star rating.. Always better than Walmart in atmosphere, and the pricing is comparable to any other box store...

Had to return some baskets I thought would work for a play storage bin, the return was easy and hassle free. I was in and out in under 5mins!!

Always friendly. Very welcoming environment and shelves are always stocked with the items I planned to purchase.. Customer service is very friendly.

This is a typical Target store. We only needed a small number of items, and we got in and out quickly. Many other stores and restaurants are in the same area.

Love this store! There are many different products and you could almost find everything you need here. There are a lot of baby products/ selection here as well which is very nice. It has helped me a lot. I've gotten almost all of my maternity clothes here too.

Store is well laid out with easy to find items. Electronics section has a variety of high demand items which are usually always on sale. Holiday decor section has something for everyone. Helpful customer staff and ease of checkout at registers and self-checkout.

Like that you don't change the layout of the store every night like other full service retail stores

Great experience! The staff member bringing items to pick up was very busy. I had never used this service before. I got her attention and asked how I go about receiving my item.

She said to go to the app, I told her I didn't download it. She asked my last name and got my package within minutes.

Amy at the clothing section was the literal coolest employee I’ve ever encountered at target. Please give that woman a raise. Kennewick target at 9 pm. She a baller.

AND as we’re walking out some crack head was trying to open all four doors of a car and the manager saw it and efficiently handled that as far as I saw.

Target always seems to have the things I want. Sometimes I will go to bigger stores for clothing and stuff and they won't have what I want, but somehow Target does. Maybe they are just my style. They have decent prices as well and a nice clean store

This review could very well have been 1 star if not for a wonderful employee named Kaiya. I will leave the 1 star part out except to say that I was charged full price for two items marked 70% off. Came back to the store with limited expectations and Kaiya changed my day and did a wonderful job for Target. Rockstar service!
