Texas Roadhouse

Visited on a Sunday so this place was super packed. Queue was till the door and approximate waiting time was 40 minutes. Gave my name and number to the person at the counter and they sent a text message about 45 minutes later. Went inside and had to wait a few more minutes before getting seated. A server approached quickly, introduced herself in a friendly and courteous manner. Waiting time for food wasn't too long. Nice and cozy ambience. Someone probably had their birthday party going on so I could hear the staff singing, cheering and dancing for them.
Their food is very delicious and decent and is priced reasonably.

We visited from Vancouver, Canada and this is one of our favourite places to go!

The service is excellent, it’s a well oiled machine! They have so many people working and are very efficient. Our waiter was amazing, smiles the whole time and was just happy and jolly! The manager even came to our table to ask how everything was, and it was excellent.

The food portions are huge compared to anything in Vancouver and really felt affordable! We paid $80 for our meal, and were so stuffed! Similar option back in Canada would cost $300-$400 easy.

What an amazing restaurant and staff, love Texas roadhouse and wish they’d open up a restaurant in Vancouver Canada! Can’t wait to dine here again!

We came in with a group of six people. We waited about five minutes to be seated. The server we had did an excellent job. The drinks were at the table in about 4 minutes. The appetizers arrived in a timely manner. The food was excellent. I recommend the sirloin.

This was a great food experience, so delicious, friendly staff, fun, music dance and everything, the only bad thing is that there was a 1 hour and 30 min wait list

I wasn't expecting much at first, but I was quite surprised. The food is amazing! The service is awesome, and the atmosphere is relaxing. We enjoyed our visit so much we returned for lunch the very next day. Highly recommended. We will be returning in the future.

Had excellent meals: my fiancé's meal was a rack of ribs, mashed potatoes & a veggie. I had a small steak, grilled shrimp & a baked sweet potato smothered in caramel/melted marshmallows. Service was friendly, tentative & fantastic. The atmosphere contained western dancing in the isles by the staff. Fun to experience. The wait time to be seated was less than 15 minutes, & they were busy! Can't wait to go back!

Was very busy tonight. We were greeted in that Texas Roadhouse way, waited about 10 mins, we're seated and ordered drinks and appetizers. Alisha was our server and she was fun, friendly, and efficient. Husbands birthday so she sang to him. We had a wonderful dinning experience.... Oh yea, the steaks were top notch 😋

Delicious apps (I like the cheese fries with homemade ranch). The $13.99 early dinner specials is great food. The sirloin had a good sear and the perfect amount of seasoning. And they have 20% educator discounts on Tuesdays!

I am a huge fan of Texas roadhouse. I love the bread and sweetened butter. It's always fresh and honestly, that's what I go for. The service is always awesome. Super friendly and helpful staff. My steak was cooked perfectly, and I am picky. I like it well done...no pink. My boyfriend likes it medium well and it was on point! I highly recommend 👌

Loved it. The food was cooked like we ordered it. The service was friendly and on time. They were super busy but that didn't affect the customer service.

I was very surprised at how amazing the steak dinners are here! I didn't expect that from a chain restaurant. The atmosphere is very loud, and the wait staff often times dance around, clap, and sing. You will almost always hear the "happy birthday" song being sung, and there is almost always a wait at this location. Be prepared! Aside from that, food and service are great!

One of the better places to go to in the tri cities everything on their menu is good. They have been having a hard time getting my steaks medium rare but they get it right on the second try. I live the beef tips!

Just got home from eating there (11-28-23). Service was friendly and fast. Food was great. Our server was Wendy and she was absolutely fantastic!!! She made sure our drinks got replenished and made our visit very enjoyable. English is our family’s second language and she was very patient while waiting for the translations to occur. Please express our thanks to her!

Great service. Our only wait was getting a table at 30 - 45 min. Steak was fantastic. We love this place and their rolls. Definitely coming back. I forgot about pictures as soon as my steak arrived, but I got a pic of our Ceasars salad and the cactus blooming onion.

Great steaks- juicy and delicious, as always. I had the 6oz sirloin med/ rare. It was soft, tender and really tasty. The dinner buns with their famous butter spread is always a hit. Be careful not to eat too many and leave space for the main meal:-). The atmosphere is always festive with birthday singing. The server was polite and professional. Booking in advance is a must as lines are very long.

Had such a great experience today. The food and service was phenomenal. These guys really know how to do good customer service. These folks are the kind that deserve good tips for how hard they work! Will absolutely be back.

Update: today I ordered the prime rib. It was honestly so tender and flavorful. I might have to that again. I got a potato with it and it was good with the sauteed mushrooms. Great Food! Ribs are the best! Service is the best! I don't think you can go wrong with any food you buy at this place. The prices are reasonable. I have tried the shrimp here it's very good the steaks are very tender. It can get a very loud with the music playing in the background. Sometimes there's a wait that they're busy times but it's worth it.

Always good, had the prime rib, loaded baked potato, and cesar salad. Meat was excellent,melt in your mouth, could always get more toppings seems a bit on the light side but still very good. Salad is consistently good. Always a great place to go for a really good stake.

I loved the food, the cocktails, the service, the Texas vibe! This place is kind of always crowded which means "This got to be a good place". The waiting time for a table can be 30 minutes when fully crowded. In this time, we waited "zero" minutes because it was just my partner and me. So, the service was fast, the menus are already on the table, food and cocktails menus, along with a bucket of salty roasted peanuts in shell which are great! The waiters are kind and you can see them dancing around to the Texas beat from time to time. The portions of the food are plenty, tasty food. The cocktails are great too! The Margaritas, in this case, can be served with ice or blended in a huge glass. It's a great place for sharing with your friends and loved ones. I had a great time here! I enjoyed the food, the drinks, the company, the service and the dancing waiters!
