Needed nebulizer for my mom right after discharge. The young lady that helped me was prompt, provided training how to use and care/clean. Thank you for taking the time to go over how to use.

We have been paying for our son’s pull ups since he was 3. He was finally diagnosed on the spectrum last year at the age of 6. The knowledgeable and helpful employees at Discreet Supplies helped to work with our insurance and got our pull ups and other monthly medical supplies covered. When my husband took my son in to pick up, they even let him try a pair on to make sure he wasn’t taking 200 of the wrong size. Absolutely wonderful! Thank you! Happy to see you guys again soon.

Customer service could be improved. A family member went into this store and felt judged by one of the clerks. The clerk mentioned the price of the product as if to doubt my family member would be able to afford it. It's not a good feeling to be judged by your appearance.
