Alfonso, is the butcher - he is amazing. I have worked him each holiday for years. He goes above and beyond to make sure everything is just right. I know I can count on him for whatever I need.

I ordered a cake for my mother's birthday party and was sooo pleased with the results. Not only did it look as I'd hoped (although it did cost $10 extra), but I ordered all the frosting whipped vs. buttercream including a delicious strawberry cream filling that everyone loved. Will definitely order from them again!

This Kennewick Safeway had some of the best customer service I've ever experienced! The front-end manager (I think?) opened another checkout lane when she saw that there were people beginning to form. After I checked out, I was walking to customer service, and the clerk that was there walked off as I walked up. The same manager came right over and helped me there with PowerBall tickets. She was patient with me (I didn't know what my husband usually bought, but knew it totaled $30, and she helped me figure it out) and was overall fabulous! My only regret? I neglected to get her name. She deserves to be recognized.

Clean and well organized, even when they were reconstructing the whole place. Love shopping for deals with the Safeway app. Watch out for the ducks in the parking lot 🤣 I appreciate the box of a dozen donuts for $4.99 packed at the end of the day 😏

Love this Safeway! Always clea , beautiful flowers, oh! And my beloved Starbucks cups. They always have one I “NEED.”

Words can’t express how much we appreciated your nice clean and friendly store. We travel full time and it’s nice to find a nice store. We’ve traveled from Key West FL and of all the stores we stopped at this one is by far the best.
Our cashier Victoria was friendly and we asked a couple people for help and they helped out so nice too.

The Kennewick floral department is awesome. Payten and Dana are exceptional florists. Lots of imagination and creativity. Dana excels at doing weddings and special occasions. Payten is great at holiday arrangements.

Pretty much got a bone in rib roast for 30$. Great quality selection compared to their competitors and I'm always finding deals likes this. Let's take advantage of these savings before someone at corporate catches on and everybody gets fired.

Even tho their prices are quite significantly more than Walmart or WinCo, I prefer Safeway over any other store as they have the BEST FRESH PRODUCE AND PREMADE SINGLE PLATES OF DELICIOUS READY TO COOK DINNERS! They also have great hot soup, my favorite is the loaded baked potato. I recommend trying it if you haven't. I mainly go there to get their fresh fruits and veggies. Particularly the nectarines and peaches when they are in season. By far the BEST fruit you can find in a grocery store. They are absolutely delicious, juicy, ripe and everything a peach should be when eaten. I also love their beautiful fresh produce. I get the produce for my bunny, Bun Bun. She also loves your produce and eats yours the fastest over any other grocery stores produce.

I found everything I needed, the store was clean and easy to navigate, employees were friendly, and as a club card member, I also get rewards for buying items I would have ordinarily buy anyway. I love Safeway! ❤

Had some prescriptions to pickup, store was incredibly clean!! Pharmacy was spotless, and the staff were very nice, and professional! Spoke with the pharmacist, she took the time, and gave me a very clear understanding of the medication, and how to administer it. Very good pharmacy A++ Good bakery, all followed up with outstanding people, makes it one of my favorite grocery stores to shop at!! Rates this grocery store A+++++ 😁

Athena who works in deli is absolutely AMAZING! She is just the kindest and most respectful person I’ve ever encountered with at Albertsons. She’s an exceptional worker and definitely deserves a raise! Thank you for being you Athena! God Bless! 🤍

I have been shopping here all my life and am never disappointed - I adore the courteous, smiling and helpful staff here! Everyone is always so nice and seem genuinely happy to be here (not sure if they would all agree with me haha) and i appreciate the cleanliness and layout of the store - not too big, not too small & i can Always find excellent substitutes, if not the original items. Great produce section, fresh gorgeous flowers and if you haven't tried their hamdmade deli sandwiches and soups, you have been missing out! Love this store ❤

Great place to pick up some things, really good selection. A little bit of everything. The check-out lines an be a short wait (that's why I took off one star). The pharmacy is excellent and I recommend it without reservations!

It appears that the conversion from Albertsons to Safeway is now complete at this location. Everything has moved around, but the overall feeling of the store seems to be newer, brighter, and fresher - I like it! I especially like the expanded produce section.

Overall, the store is a pleasant place to shop for your grocery needs, with more product choices then its earlier incarnation as an Albertsons.

Albertsons has always been my favorite grocery store. They have a great selection of products, and their fresh fruit and veggies are consistently good. They have a deli that offers a variety of meats, cheeses and salads. Not to mention their children, which I find delicious and so juicy. Yummy. I also recommend their fresh bakery. Offering fresh breads and moth watering sweets!

The staff are nice and personable. If you go in enough they will remember your name. That's how much attention to detail this staff is. The day manager with the tattoos is a very helpful and courteous employee. I like the self checkout lines. I recommend this Safeway and this one only.

Good selection and always fresh vegetables, fruits, and breads. Only place in town I can find Truffle Brie Cheese...

The pharmacist Wade has gone above and beyond with service and expertise several times for me, first with diabetic strips.and then with COVID med. Always feel I am in good hands with this pharmacy.
