This store has shown a vast improvement in the quality of merchandise from a year ago. Clerks were personable, polite, helpful, and most courteous.

Got a great pair of sketchers for $25. With memory foam soles. Alot of great prices here. Staff was over the top helpful. I appreciate the customer service..

Great place to get expensive gear like Nike etc... for half or more off the original price. I found clothes and toys for my kid also and now they have a self checkout. Really convienient.

I prefer the Richland store over the Kennewick store, hands down. It's cleaner, more efficient and parking is easier. I just wish the employees who cashier be scheduled according to the volume of business per hour. It's not fun waiting in line for one or two items for thirty minutes.

I have gone in to look for shoes and they don't have any in my size 15 grr. I asked the lady working if they had any in the back. She responded we don't carry shoes that big. I then informed her that I buy my shoes from here she wanted to argue with me about the size . So I politely said thank you and left . It's so hard to find trendy shoes in my size curse you big feet lol .

I was dropping off a couple friends to do some shopping, it's their favorite store. There was a front row parking spot. The place was well lit up, clean, even the parking lot has nice paint. However, I didn't go in. Otherwise, a perfect experience from my POV..

I love Ross I got some sick jeans there recently, and a really cool men's bracelet. They definitely have some sick deals in there.

I found the Peanuts hand towels that I wanted for a good price. There was a sign on the door when you walk in that said masks were required but two people chose to ignore the sign. They were NOT wearing masks. 😒😷😬

Great Place to go when you need something at a low price. You can find any apparel you need, from shoes to jackets. The variety of clothes is endless, you might have to spend some time looking to find something you like. When looking for a specific size, there is no struggle there. The apparel is organized by size, smallest to largest size.

Omg! The line was crazy (back to school!) But it moved swiftly!

Great store to shop at, sad part is that I see other customers throwing clothes around like they are at home and not caring at all. I find it disgusting that people don't have respect in the store to clean up after themselves this is not your house people. Ive shopped here alot and never had an issue.

Two of our foster boys have YUGE feets.... size 14 and 16 EEEEE. We have had such a difficult time finding clothing and shoes.....until we found Ross! Even found a great pair of name brand football cleats for a great price AND they fit! Thank you Ross! It's our new favorite place to shop.
