Dillard's Clearance Center

Two hours away, but we keep coming back!! This store is in Texas, and we live in Oklahoma, but it's on our way to family, so we stop regularly. We love the quality of clothes and the service is second to none.

On a recent visit, my wife bought $300+ worth of professional clothes, and when we got home, one of the garments still had the security tag on it. I emailed Dillard's support and, within an hour or so, had a response from the manager apologizing for the mistake. He arranged for us to send it back right away. Within just a couple of days, we had it back. My wife was thrilled. Great customer service. Great response! it even included a handwritten note. Thank you Nelson!!!

Amazingly organized. All sales final. Be sure to check the price of the shoe you like by comparing it to the identical shoe in a half size. The price difference was $25.

Massive selection. Well configured. The racks were actually sorted and it's apparent that they work very hard to keep everything in order!

This place is great for deals on cloths, but only go weekdays Tuesday thur Friday, weekend are a zoo, and Monday they are closed

Well organized, interesting stock. Some gems here. Probably worth checking out if you need new clothes or if theres a nice sale going on

Was walking through the mall a found Macy's. Had no idea it was a clearance center. Huge selection of high quality clothes at amazing prices. The staff was very helpful. The men's department manager stopped what she was doing to help us look for a specific item. Quick check out.

Was there a couple days ago the staff was absolutely amazing and went out of their to make sure we had a good experience. The store looked incredible everything in color order and so neat. It’s hard to find good customer service these days and they were superb.

We love the Dillard's outlet. They have brand-name clothing at deep discounts. You have to be ready for a bargain-shopping adventure but IMO, it is worth it.

I was able to find great gifts for what ever reason. Everyday Wear, Christmas , Weddings and Birthdays ! The stores layout was designed with its customer's in their minds, easy parking! Clothes were neatly placed on hangers in numbericial order , The cleanness of the store , Even the ladies fitting and bathrooms. Made the shopping experience great .Although Management missed their assignment of welcoming. Smile ..
