Went in to buy a few new suits for work. Alan was phenomenal!! Spent time helping pick everything from suit options to shirts and ties. I hope the management team knows how great of an asset he is. Thanks Alan!!

Bought two suits here. One for self, one for my cousin.
1. Price is good. Why buy from Men’s Warehouse? They have same for less-no markup. 💸⭐
2. Staff are super kind, helpful, and understanding. Heroically helped us hapless men. 🤷‍♂🙏
3. Excellent hemming service! Very quick and flexible. 🪡🏃‍♂

Went to get a suit for my sister’s graduation, had no idea what I was doing. The staff was very friendly and overwhelmingly helpful in assisting me, listing out various options for my requirements and patiently explaining how it all worked. The tailoring service was quick and painless, and the price was cheaper than the suit I bought at a department store a few years back, even with the additional adjustments and tailoring. Overall very satisfied with my experience here!

These guys are awesome and definitely great at what they do. Shout out to the seamstress in the back. Thanks Marcus for doing a great job on taking my skirt in.

My husband and I visit often and we absolutely love this store!! Stefanie has the best customer service around. She goes above and beyond with every customer and makes them feel special. Great clothing and great deals!

Good for budget shopping. Sales people Gabe you space but we're available. All of the sizes were I. The correct place which seems to be a rarity now.

Absolute great service overall from all the ladies who worked today from K&G lewisville location!!! I have a medical condition so I do not get around well but they were patient and helped in every single step of the way. I almost left without anything due to the disappointment of not finding a blue suit I liked but two of the ladies started digging in all the sections, looking up suits online and found the right one at a great price in the clearance section. The tailor (asian lady) was so sweet and so helpful. I am so glad I went this location not just because of deal I got but also the over service. I will be back to buy more suits here for sure.

Great place, great staff. Walked in for my first suit and Alan was superb and very knowledgeable! Got me fitted, have a suit being tailored, and Alan put together a casual outfit for me as well. Great ideas with clothing, knowledgeable about suits, willing to walk you through everything. Amazing. I will be back. Definitely more welcoming than another suit store I've been to and they paid me no mind. K&G y'all are great.

Alan the Sales Associate in the Lewisville store was the best! He was so knowledgeable and patient. He taught us a lot about different cuts, lengths, designers, etc. Alan truly loves what he does and it shows. Thanks again Alan in Lewisville, TX!

Great place for bargains! Service was exceptional! Tiffany, cashier delivered top notch service. She was very personable & her customer service skills were exceptional! Only a month on the job from Atlanta with a sick mom, despite it all she overdelivered on too notch service!

My boyfriend and I walked in to find a suit for him. We had no clue what we were doing. The staff walked up and helped us out immediately. They were very helpful and stayed with us through the whole process to make sure we got everything we wanted. They also were very good at helping us figure out what sales would help us out the most with what things we wanted to buy. Will for sure tell people about this place and recommend it to others.

Wow. Just wow. The amount of care and attention we got here from Alan was amazing. My fiancé and I had gone in here on 07/09/2019 for a suit for him to wear at our wedding. We had been to countless places before stopping at K&G (names include Dillard’s, JC Penny, Men’s Warehouse, etc) and we were just blown away. We got him a three piece suit, dress shirt, tie, cuff links, and gifts for the three groomsmen and Alan ran around the store finding the best of the best for us. We were not expecting that level of customer service at a store like this and it was just really relaxing. Everyone we met was over the top helpful from the moment we walked in to the moment we were checking out at the register with Isaac. Every. Single. Thing. About. Our. Visit. Was. AMAZING.

TL;DR: We went in to find a suit for the groom and found it. Great customer service from Alan.

My husband had an interview so we went looking for a professional suit. Alan was so amazing and helpful. He helped pick out the suit size and coordinating colors. I was really impressed.

The staff was incredibly helpful. They all seem very passionate about their jobs. My only gripe is that the tailoring can get expensive if you aren't paying attention to all of the modifications they are making. They have some really great deals on suits sometimes that make them dirt cheap though!

Recently needed a new "interview" suit since I need a one size up. Had bought a suit at the Irving store a few year ago. This particular store was phasing out the "41R" size and had a great looking grey Jones New York brand suit for $99 on clearance. I got it off the rack and took it to the back and had them do a fitting (cuffed pants, waist let out a little, permanent crease made). Picked it up the following week. Did a super job and I have received compliments on my suit from several people including on interviews. A++ experience. Don't be turned off by some of the funky colored suits in different parts of the store. They also sell very nice conservative suits as well. Even the suits not on clearance and just sale prices are great values. THERE IS NO NEED TO SPEND $600 on a suit!

Great customer service! We were able to find a great suit for a great price for my big & tall husband. Even with a little hiccup at check out, they were able to help us get him set up!!

I love this place if you're a man and going to look for a good suit make sure to ask for Mr. Ross and he'll take care of you!

It was our first time going to K&G, we were looking for women’s suits. The help we received was fantastic, from the manager coordinating tops and suit separates to Vic altering the suit to fit. It was a great experience and we will be back!
