LVPOA - Bar-K Park

Visited here for a picnic with friends. Clean restrooms, great playground, beautiful lake views. Great picnic area for special events and gatherings. Beautiful place, love coming here!

Lots of things to do here and relax. You have swimming pool, tennis courts, pickleball courts, The lake Travis is low at this time 11/2023, but still nice to sit and look at the sunset by the water. Nice park as well to enjoy. Bring your golf cart or just drive in (members only)and chill for the day.

Lovely views of the water! Has great fishing. Several places for the kids to play. Wonderful place to walk your pets or exercise yourself. Very peaceful and clean!

Beautiful park. Beautiful view of the hills and the lake. I personally go here very often because it's so beautiful. The sunsets are just flawless. I'm in love.

Today was the annual beer fest and it was great! Three live bands food trucks and vendors galore! Not to mention helicopter rides. Great turnout from the community and a good time had by all.

I love the views every single time I visit. I walk and run around the park and there are always families enjoying the lake.

One of the most beautiful parks to watch the sunset in the Lago Vista area. There are players, boat launch area, fishing, hiking, docks on the water, picnic areas...and the list goes on! Amazing place to spend the day, or come star gaze at night.

Several playgrounds, lots of parking, and a beautiful sandy Beach area next to the lake.

We attended Lago Vista FreedomFest on July 3, 2021 at Bar-K Park. It was very well organized and well thought out. They organized the festival to use every corner of the park. Entering and exiting the park went very smoothly. Great fun at the festival - the fireworks were awesome!

There was a great breeze on the lake and shade. It was fun at Lago Fest Helicopter ride. Good food, air conditioned buses, really cool for easy access, and interesting vendors w great art, good and wine. It was a great park. The boats, jet skis, and swimming...excellent.

Beautiful and clean park on the water. Love coming here to clear my head, let the dogs run and swim or kayaking with my hubby. We go to other local parks for disk golf, plus they all have rec areas for BBQing or outings.

Great place to hang out for the day to swim, fish and explore

We went there on the weekend, around 11 am. Not sure if it is private, but I think it’s an HOA thing. Not sure if I missed them, but I saw no signs and it was free to get in. This area never got crowded, there’s a very small parking lot and it never got full. Water was great, environment was perfectly secluded with an occasional party boat.

I strongly advise to wear water shoes though—my feet got really cut up from the bottom of the lake because it’s COVERED in zebra mussels.

We were guests from Houston and were there for the freedom fest. Had a lovely time. The facilities were nice. We paid to park on the lake and set up by the water. Kids had a blast, people were great, facilities were sufficient.

We love Bar K Park. Plenty to do for everyone. Volley ball, tether bal, kick ball, swimming, fishing, and lounging. 2 play scapes including swings. Swimming pool on site too. Nice and clean facilities. Perfect for a couple hours or to spend the day. Pavilion's available for use with power outlets.
