Just wanted to recognize a staff member, Margo J, who is always extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. This office is always exceptionally busy but Margo consistently takes the time to ensure that we are well taken care of and treated like valued customers. She always has a smile on her face and goes the extra mile with her outstanding service. Thank you again, Margo!

I have been a custom of this CVS for around three years now, and never had a bad experience because of the store. Plenty of customers causing headaches and long lines due to not being prepared, but both the pharmacy and store have been operating as best they can when I visit.

The store is clean and well stocked. Getting a Covid booster shot took about three minutes total.

Only thing I can't stand about them is the mile long receipts, but that's on the company as a whole, not this location.

Marlene has always been helpful and welcoming!

Time to get flu shots! The Pharmacist Heather was extremely nice and patient with myself and my wife. It is time consuming for them. She never seemed like she was in a hurry. And even gave a time to bring in my parents that same afternoon when two of them were there. A+

I went in on Sunday night about 45 minutes before close (tonight) and just wanted some snacks but I only had cash. They had already closed their registers and were only taking card. Not a big deal, but disappointing for sure.

Generally a clean and well stocked store. Staff is friendly and helpful. Occasionally they have to deal with short staffing issues, but wait times have never been bad for me.

Experience was fine.

Way overpriced as most cvs stores however a great store if you need something fast. Staff are helpful generally and go out of their way to help. The pharmacy leaves a lot to be desired however. They have a Redbox here which is handy being far away from cedar park

Going to CVS pharmacies hasn’t been extremely pleasant or horribly bad. My husband had an appointment for the Covid shot and his appointment was at 10o’clock. We got here at 9:40am. It is now 10:30 and he’s getting his shot.

Aside from that, my only concern with this location was the rep who kept looking out the front door, and coming through the front door looking at me and my car. I don’t know what that was about. Then when I had to enter the store to use the bathroom, I walked past the employee and was not greeted for coming in. Then the bathroom had its own problems. The door stall screws were really lose To where the door jiggled really bad. The toilet, as well, was wobbly making me scared I was gonna fall off the toilet or break it.

I will say though, the rest of the store was really well organized, very clean, smelled fresh, and had a self-service station to where I didn’t have to interact with anyone.
