CEFCO Convenience Store

I take back my old review and I want to apologize from my heart , I was quick to past judgment, the lady that works there is a very nice and friendly person, thank you all at cefco.

I love stopping at this store omw to my parents in Lago Vista!! Although I was very VERY upset to find they got rid of their milkshake machine!

I worked at store 36. I did something I shouldn't have and am getting disciplined for my action. I want to apologize to my co workers and my customers for my action. I really enjoy working for CEFCO and I really loved my shift. I was able to take my kids to and from school and work the night shift.
Thing in life happens and if we are lucky we can fix them. Our store is going through some changes and people don't like that but they are working to make it a better place not only for its employees but as for their customers.
I ask that everyone be patient while all the kinks are getting address. Remember we all need to work together to make thing work right.

It’s becoming a problem every time I pump gas there is never paper for receipt,this makes me not want to go there anymore can’t leave grandchildren in car to go get receipt , even when bad weather or cashier has a line of customers don’t have time to make a line for a receipt

Don’t even have trash cans by the pumps nor do they ever refill the receipt paper so you always have to go inside.

Called to ask if they have propane before I drove there and the lady on the phone was super rude. When she answered she just said “Cefco” so I said “hi I was just wondering if you guys have propane?” And she responded “I don’t know you have to come check for yourself.” and then hung up on me. She is literally right there and couldn’t even check for me. Terrible customer service.

Be sure to check the credit card slot at the pumps. They have s reputation for stealing credit card data and using it fraudulently.

HORRIBLE Managment now!!! Regular customers refuse to go there anymore including me!!
