Great service from kyle Roman. He helped me a lot with choosing the right bike for me. He was so friendly and offered genuine advice and took the time to actually understand what I needed, and answered all of my questions.
I arrived to the US about a year ago, and this is the first time I experience such wonderful customer service and professionalism.
I will definitely be taking my new FX 3 back home with me when I go back.

Even though I my bike is a different brand, I’ve started coming to this Trek store for all my service needs. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. Services are timely and they offer honest opinions and don’t try and upsell you. About to move to the other side of town, but will continue to come here!

The team was incredibly friendly and helpful. They genuinely were looking out for my best interest and getting me hooked up with the right gear to fit my goals and budget. They certainly made me a loyal customer right away!

The staff is always wonderful when I come in. Some bike shops can be pretentious and unwelcoming but not this store. Kevin and John in particular are always great to work with, and the rest of the team is stellar. Store is also always clean and well stocked.

Had a great experience buying a mountain bike at this location. They explained all the details of the suspension and drivetrain, walked me through suspension configuration and bike setup, made sure everything fit correctly, and walked me through setting up a flat kit to make sure I was taken care of.

They answered all my questions and really took their time. I never felt rushed.

I'll definitely be returning to this location for bikes and maintenance.

I came in because I had to replace a bike that was stolen earlier in the week. Not my favorite reason to shop at Trek, but alas… Kyle and team got me up and running on a fresh FX3, fast. Great service and super helpful recommendations from this team. Highly recommend giving this shop a visit!

So super chuffed with my TREK mtb purchase with a range of accessories today, and a really excellent experience with the Trek team. As new to the sport, it was really appreciated that John and the team were friendly, explained things accessibly and had simple, practical advice. They were also warm and seemed to enjoy the process as much as I did! Very pleased with the mtb of course - well praised by reviews and a fun ride that I can't wait to take out. Thanks Trek team!

I just had an outstanding service experience with JC and the service team at Trek Clarendon. I took in my road bike which is a vintage model Bianchi that had had a continuing chain slippage problem which other shops were not able to figure out over the course of nearly 3 years. The service team at Trek Clarendon diagnosed the problem correctly, ordered the specific parts that were needed, but hard to find, from another store in New York, and completed the work. The bike runs perfectly now. This is a bike which multiple other service shops were not or would not figure out what the problem was. Kudos to JC and kudos to Kevin, the store manager, for running a shop that actually cares about work quality.

The BEST place to dive into the biking scene in the NOVA/DC area. Came here to learn more about entry level mountain bikes, left completely satisfied with a Marlin 5 a year ago. Their service doesn't stop there! Unfortunately, I had that bike stolen from my garage recently. Fortunately, Trek Clarendon has been amazing with helping me with everything. Shoutout to Kyle for taking the time to listen and even upgrading my lock for the future!

Lovely people. Helpful, fair and they do great work. Ask for Kevin he is excellent for repairs and a super nice guy. Oh and they have free drinks while you wait and shop or for your repair. Every bike store should be like this. They definitely got a customer with me, as their customer service and attitude can't be matched! Love them.

Excellent service and support every step of the way. The Trek team members are knowledgeable, excited and passionate about biking and making sure the customer has a fantastic experience -- and I did. The team members took great care to listen to what I was interested in, demonstrated patience and enthusiasm for my choosing the bike and equipment that worked best for my needs. The team at Trek Clarendon and the experience I had while considering a new bike was fantastic! From the first phone call with Jeff, to getting set up by Kevin and fitted by JC the whole process was smooth, efficient, and detailed. Jeff listened to my needs, and made a terrific recommendation on a Domane+ SLR 7. Luckily Jeff was able to confirm that they had my size in stock and we set a date to try it out. Kevin was ready when I walked in. They had the bike all charged, set up, and ready for fitting and pedals! In and out in about 30 min, just like they had promised on the phone!

The store was clean and convenient (even parking in Clarendon wasn’t too bad) and had everything I was looking for! The information that every single team member had about all aspects of the bike I was trying, my ride route, or riding in general was terrific!

I am glad I found this store and the amazing and friendly team at Trek Clarendon. They are the best!

I started Cycling a little over a month ago, been to a handful of bike stores and this is by far the absolute best. Zero pressure to buy anything from anyone. They all just want to help you. Kevin has been a great help with tons of great Information as has Alex. Everyone there has outstanding customer service and they are always so welcoming and take the time to answer all of your questions no matter how simple they may be.

Update June 2020- about 12 months since my first purchase from them.

Well I wish I could re-rate this with 10 stars. A lot of places will be good to you when you buy something then forget about you, this is NOT one of them. No matter what I need or how many times I go in to annoy them with a questions everyone, and I mean everyone, is always so eager to help. They have helped friends of mine get bikes and their experience and comments back to me are never anything but positive. This is truly one of the best, if not the best bike store in this area. I live less than half a mile from another bike store and rather drive the 20 minutes (or ride) to come here and get what I need. Alex, Kevin, Jeff and anyone else you encounter in that store will do everything they can to help you with whatever you need. If you want a bike or need service or accessories I would not go anywhere else.

Even with the current COVID-19 business practices, every single team member at the store was very accommodating, patient, friendly and helpful to me as well as all of the customers assisted during my visit. I purchased a men's Dual Sport 2 bicycle and I'm very happy with it. I'm not a professional rider but I knew what I wanted. I learned a lot about it from the associates and they validated my decision for going through with my purchase. Thank you!

World-class service! I took my Trek 9.9 Speed Concept into Trek Clarendon for a major service overhaul. It has traveled all over the world with me in the past years as I am an avid triathlete. It needed some love after many miles of training and racing in all sorts of terrain & weather. An awesome bike, but quite involved with Di2 groupset, etc. John and his service team were top-notch in reviewing with me their recommendations of what had to be done. They then did the work in a meticulous and timely matter to make the bike look and feel brand new. Thus, resounding 5-stars and I highly recommend them.

Amazing experience buying my first road bike at the Trek store in Clarendon!

I walked in looking to replace my old hybrid with road bike and all the people at the store were wonderful. I was able to try a couple of different road bikes, learn about the differences in geometry, technical specs, and performance, and then get a bike fitted perfectly to me. In the process, I actually wanted to try and (eventually bought) a model the store didn’t have in stock, and they ordered it for me and had it ready to test ride a week later.

Through the whole process, the staff at the store were honest, friendly, and professional. They were happy to answer all my questions and I never felt like I was being upsold on anything – they truly just wanted to get me on a bike that I would love. A special shoutout to Kyle, the equipment manager, and Jeff, another team member, who helped me through the entire process.

Would highly recommend this store and the people here to anyone in the Arlington area.
