The Container Store

The mall has a wonderful atmosphere at night about it(something I'd thought i would ever say about a shopping center) and the container store is very well stocked and the employee went out of her way to make sure it found what I was looking for. I thought I knew exactly what I needed but with a little bit of friendly conversation and great customer service she helped me get the correct parts for my elfa system. And the store couldn't of been cleaner! 5 stars all the way around!!!!!

The Container Store has every home, office, or work organization tool you can imagine. Their elf closet system is remarkable and sturdy. Great quality. I have pieces and concepts in my home and portrait studio. If you've never been to one of their locations, you are missing out.

Customer service and attention to detail was excellent. Worked with Mary at the store to design closet and pantry, she was amazing. Vernon came to install in home and he was fantastic. Overall such a great experience, cant recommend highly enough

This place is amazing. It has everything that an organization junkie would ever want. I always spend way more time and money than I expect, but I just can't stay away! Love this place. Bring your wallet!!!

Decided to renovate my master bedroom and guest closet. Took advantage of the container storet end of year 30% off elfa closets sale. As you can see it makes a big difference. Doubled / tripled my closet space and more. I installed myself however if you want to let them install the rates are reasonable.

Visited the store today and was greeted by several friendly employees who were knowledgeable and proactive about helping. The service definitely exceeded what you'd expect, even from more expensive stores. They also have a large selection of products -- maybe one of the largest in the area.

They always keep it nice and clean here. There are 2 stories. Staff is helpful here

Went in for some elfa shelves for new apartment. Elfa costumer representative in store was really helpful and guided me in selecting the right equipment. Would highly recommend this store. They also validate garage parking here.

If you looking for particular container they got you covered it's called The container Store and they definitely sell containers but I mean every style you could imagine plus so much more.

I went into the Container Store today just to browse for inspiration for my pantry and closet. I was so impressed by how friendly, helpful and attentive the staff was from the moment I walked in. Lolita and Tyricia were particularly helpful and advised me on a lot of options to consider for making the most of my smaller spaces. I really appreciated the customer service and definitely will be going back once I decide on the design I want!

The stuff available is always high quality. If it’s your first time, follow the arrows for the parking garage. Karen was amazing! She helped me get my purchases that I ordered online. I didn’t realize that the pick up day was tomorrow. She went above and beyond and helped me find them. Thank you!

As I've stated in another review, always love a Container store. This location is an excellent size and two floors. Staff had always been helpful when I've needed them. Great for pickup too. Garage parking with partial validation (or full if under 1/2 hour) has access to free chargers if you have an electric or plug in hybrid car

I just love Container Stores. However, this is my all-time favorite location in the DMV area. It is a very large store, almost everything that you can imagine is always available, and you can look at the items that you are interested as if they were in your home. This is such a wonderful way to make the best use of square footage, and storage areas, and your home. Simple things, like a holder for your hair dryer that fits on the back of your bathroom cabinet door. Where to put your hair dryer, has been a long life issue. Having a storage place that uses previously unused storage area, is genius. You will find amazing inventions like this at the store on every aisle. Even if you aren't looking for ways to be more efficient in your organization of your office or home, just stop in, walk the aisles, and you'll be amazed!

We just re-did our closets and we went with the Elfa titanium storage option. We absolutely love our space now! It's so incredibly convenient and organized!!

Great staff, so helpful and friendly. We did think the picking up the ordered stuff ourselves was a bit unorthodox, but when you think about it, the installer can show up in a regular car and not have to park a big truck, have access to a loading dock, etc, so that did actually work out pretty good all things considered.

I made an Elfa appointment unsure if I would end up buying anything, but I had a LOVELY experience. Trina was amazing! She listened to what we needed, was quick, and was very respectful of budget. She made our odd space work really well and had very creative ideas. I would highly recommend. Thank you for the wonderful service!!!

The Container store lives up to its name, having pretty much anything you could ask for that has to do with storage, storing, packing, and a lot of other needs. The 2 story store is laid out pretty well, making it easy to navigate and find things. Staff are helpful when available, but can be limited when the store is crowded. One of the coolest things they have in the store are the customized closets, They have samples of the unique and beautiful closet setups you can design and have installed. Recommend heading here for anything you need around the house when it comes to storing, hanging, or organizing.

My wife and I have ordered a few Elfa closet systems from the Arlington, VA location and have been surprised by the great customer service on all occasions. We had the choice to purchase a different closet system from a few other vendors, but decided to go back to this specific Container Store to order our closet system due to the great customer service. The level of customer service is not the same across all stores from our experience.

their customer service and problem resolution was outstanding. While initially i had a small problem with my custom closet install (some damaged pieces) Their store manager Patti came to my house to deliver the damaged pieces personally. The designer did a great job as well thank you Karen!
