Diane at the Natick location gave such a fantastic massage! Honestly, probably one of the best massages I've ever had. I was in desperate need of relief from knots. Diane found every one and really worked hard to help release them. My experience was so wonderful. I left feeling so much better than when I went in. Thank you so much Diane!
(P.S. I text my husband when I left and told him my massage therapist must have been the valedictorian of her massage class LOL). Seriously, the BEST!

I was in town visiting family and decided to treat myself to a facial after the holidays. The ambiance was serene, and the facility is spotlessly clean. The inclusion of amenities like lockers, a changing room, and a shower, along with the unexpected bonus of a cozy robe and slippers, made the experience extra enjoyable. The location is conveniently situated, making it a perfect wind-down spot after shopping or dining.
I had a fantastic facial with Elisa! Despite my usual aversion to extractions, she skillfully carried them out almost painlessly. She listened to my concerns and I left feeling rejuvenated. I highly recommend Elisa for anyone seeking a professional and relaxing skincare experience!

My first experience at Spavia Natick, I had a Brightening Oxygen Lift Facial with Edie. She was amazing and professional! She walked me through the process and gave me time to ask questions. At the end she gave me recommendations based on my skin type. The environment was relaxed and clean. Will definitely go back!

I just had a wonderful wax and facial with Shayla at Spavia. One of the best facials I have had. VERY reasonably priced. Staff are very flexible and kind. Will be back for a massage next week! Maryb

So good! Went here for the first time as a little birthday treat for myself. Got a massage from Yolanda and a facial from Susan and OMG they were both incredible. Place is nice, very clean and everyone is super nice! Loved the complimentary warm neck pillows and weighted rob. 10/10 experience, highly recommend!

Swung by Spavia for a quick holiday massage amidst the mall chaos – surprisingly serene! 🌟 The waiting room with tea was a classy touch while waiting for the spa service. Massages and facials, the usual spa suspects, are available. My massage was on point. Prices are typical of other Spas. Booking online is a no-fuss affair. Quick tip: They don't vibe with Spa Finder gift cards. Classy escape in the mall!

I’ve recently started going to this location and it is excellent. Molly was very attentive to the specific areas I needed the most work in and gave me some tips on how to loosen up at home. Will definitely be booking again with her in the future!

10/10 My massage with Molly was delightful!! I had a 60-min sport massage. Molly asked me about my problem areas and focused on them. The spa was tranquil and perfectly clean. I will definitely be coming back and would highly recommend to anyone looking to treat themselves for an hour!

I loved Diane’s entire style and approach to the full body massage. She really focused on a problem area and gave me a lot of relief. I also received lots of stretching that I haven’t before during a standard massage and I really enjoyed that as well. She was wonderful!

I have the membership and it’s fabulous! The monthly self care is amazing not only because my skin looks great but also do to the gloriousness of laying in stillness while being pampered. I use it as a meditation time and afterwards LIFE IS BRIGHT!!
