Goal Line Sports Bar & Grill

Really enjoyed dinner here! The atmosphere was cozy, loved the fireplace. Good music on rotation, and not overly loud. We started with the homemade red pepper hummus which was great! We both had burgers, which were cooked perfectly. I really enjoyed the peanut butter and bacon burger! The waffle fries were AWESOME and were seasoned. Will definitely go again to try out some different dishes on their extensive menu!

First time eating from Goal Line and we'll definitely be ordering again!!!
To preface my husband is the PICKIEST eater I've ever known! 9 out of 10 times he finds something wrong with what he's ordered and will never eat at the establishment again!
Tonight we decided to order delivery from Goal Line. My husband had the Reuben and I had the Mac n' Cheese with a side salad.
My food was excellent!!! Mac n' Cheese was creamy and full of flavor! One of the best I've had!!
My husband said his Reuben was OUT OF THIS WORLD! Hands down best he's ever had! Corned beef melted in his mouth. I'm thrilled he finally had something he actually enjoyed!
Oh and the girl I placed our order with was a doll!!! I forgot to ask her name but she was sweet and very helpful!!!

Decent burger and flavorful wings. Good drinks and a great place to watch the Chicago Cubs play! Friendly staff and a nice sports bar & grill atmosphere. Burgers, wings, chicken tenders, onion rings, waffle fries, tater tots and partial skin French fries are all cooked to perfection. Great food and drinks for watching the game!

Wonderful place to enjoy a delicious meal. Tuesdays I always get the fish tacos. So delicious! Staff is friendly

Dined here with my family and I have to say the food is delicious. The Cajun and garlic parm wings are probably the best I’ve had. My boyfriend had the baked chilli burger and said that It definitely hit the spot. Even my super picky toddler ate most of his chicken tenders, that are actual breaded chicken. Come done here, you will not be disappointed.

Service was terrific. Emma was friendly, polite and fun. Burgers where great. Mushroom Burger and Chili Burger both were cooked as asked. Homemade fries were delicious. The only thing I didn't like was that there were onion rings on my Mushroom Burger. I didn't notice that they were on the menu. Not the end of the world, but they were so over cooked I couldn't even chew them. We would go back.

The food was delicious, the staff and service was outstanding. We've been there several times and the food has always been delicious. The staff has always been very friendly. It's very clean and very cozy. The people complaining are just whiny and have nothing better to do. My wife, kids, friends and I all love it there! 😁

Always a great experience, knowledgeable servers. Literally the best Bloody Mary in McHenry County. Here twice a week, feel like this place is a hidden gem in Crystal Lake that more people should know about. Try it for yourself - and when you order your bloody make sure to get the spicy one!

Went for breakfast and it was fantastic. I've eaten dinner here and also great.

The food is surprisingly good. As their motto says. "It's not bar food". This isn't just lip service. Their food is really good.
I ordered the fajita wrap and it tasted like really good fajita meat. The fillings were well balanced. I would have liked to have something spicy in there as well but the bottle of hot sauce on the table helped. I would prefer some fresh jalapeños but that's just me.
Their fries have a house seasoning on them with pepper and garlic notes. We couldn't stop eating them.
The service is a little slower but if you go in knowing this isn't typical bar food and it takes a little longer to prepare then you won't be disappointed. If you go in expecting them to throw it in the fryer and have it out to you in minutes then don't bother.
Enjoy the food and spend the little extra time talking with others.

Monthly cocktails were mixed perfectly and the food is top notch! Compliments to the chef! Wait staff is friendly and attentive! Definitely going back!

We had the spicy chicken wrap, calamari, and chicken fingers this time. Everything was good. The kids portion was huge! That made a great treat for our puppy, which they allowed on the back patio. While I could make a few suggestions to the menu to make this a favorite spot. I was just happy to find a dog-friendly restaurant to our neighborhood. Oh, I should mention the service was very good too. We didn't mind it was a little slow on a slow and HOT Saturday afternoon in July.

This is truly a hidden gem. Food is very good. They carry a good selection of whiskeys not found in other area restaurants. Staff is long term and well received. Do try!
