Let me tell you about Mrs Robin... she is PHENOMENAL. This morning was the Stanley cup release and Robin held us down in the most professional way ever. She ensured the lined was well aware of the wait and inventory available at Starbucks this morning. She was so polite and welcoming it was worth the wait in the cold for the cup. Thank you Robin!!!! Your amazing

I value Target's service and the differences as they apply to me and my products. The product differences help me to feel welcome and that you value me as a customer. Being a black (baby boomer)male, this has not always been the case; therefore, I'm appreciative when the services provide respect.

Additionally, when I find products produced by different cultures and races, I feel valued and "see" me. These areas are a big issue for people of color, whom most vendors look over, but it is critical since the economy's purchasing power has changed and is now more diverse. The variation of vendors and products I see in Target represents the world and shows that it values others who look different.

GIRL, I’ve never been happier with service. Robin was AMAZING coordinating the Stanley x Starbucks cup release. She was wonderful letting people know what was going on and helping with questions. 10/10 for Robin!

Robin at Target was assume! Handed out tickets for the Starbuck cups and let people know when they were sold out! One per household unlike other locations. Thank you for your professionalism!!

Adriana is Target’s treasure. I left an item at the self checkout. I called the same evening. A young man told me he would put it on the side for me to pick up. This was a $3 item (pictured below) but it was extremely difficult to find. When I came to pick it up (this is a 1.5 hour round trip for me), Adriana told me it wasn’t at the customer service desk. Disappointed, I was refunded my money and left my name and number in case it showed up. About 20 minutes later, Adriana called me and told me she found the item I was looking for. Not the one I left but she searched around for another one. Adriana could have dismissed the entire situation and gone on with her business. But she didn’t. She went above and beyond and that is becoming more and more rare these days. Target is very lucky to have Adriana. And, I was very lucky that she was the Target Team Member that assisted me. Thank you Adriana. The world could use more people like you in it.

Good job on remodel so far hopefully bathrooms are getting an update if not hope the sinks can get clean, new drain filters, and the stalls need updates on locks and larger normal size hooks too if not getting a update. The paint or new air filters are helping with smell last time here differently was ‘90’s style target thought I went back in time to the Waukegan target with neon lights around the back wall or all around.

The store is always clean and organized. Employees are kind and helpful. The fruit is fresh. I do most of my grocery shopping at a different store, but make an extra trip to this Target because the fruit is so fresh.

I was happy that I found what I wanted and they allowed price matching so I saved $20

Quick easy pick ups for orders, fair pricing and employees are usually very friendly.

I always enjoy going to the Target in Crystal lake. They have great clearance prices, and are typically good about having items in stock! Also the pharmacy there is superb! Lisa the pharmacist is wonderful! If you have any random questions from lip balm to allergy medicine recommendations she takes her time to explain ingredients and why one is different then the other. Even though the store is busy with the holidays, she still took her time and was so sweet! 😊

This place is the best I mean there really is nothing bad about it! Me and my friends shop there all the time and it's so fun!

When you are in need of anything, when in doubt go to target! Looking forward to their sales for the holiday season!

Very clean store, a lot more items to choose from

Review is for Jason or James - at the checkout. Haven't seen someone so good at their job in a while. You are the real MVP. Most people have a look of disgust, have no pep in their step or don't know anything. This guy was super quick at the register. Outpaced is counterparts 3 to 1. One of Target's finest if not the best and I bet he is not appreciated. Jason or James, I see you. You are going places!

Friendly employees, very clean store ,easy returns

Friendly staff, prices are good, almost always have items fully stocked. Returns are fast and easy, especially if you have a receipt.

Love shopping at Target! They have easy on line ordering website. Target also continues to have indoor and delivery to your car
