We had an appointment, it was super fast and friendly staff

If you need services, they're appointment first. If you walk in, they'll set up an appointment, and you'll come back for that. I got my address updated, and my driver's license renewed. In and out faster than you could regret eating Taco Bell.

I was able to make an appointment and be seen all in one day. I need to get a new drivers license because my had expired the service was smooth and quick.

The best DMV experience. Arrived at 10:00 a.m. and the place was packed. I was out in under an hour. Jennifer was the associate that helped me. She was GREAT. She is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and has a big smile. Everyone there was helpful and courteous.

I'm giving them a 5-star because of the customer service, particularly the woman who assisted us in getting the family van's plates and registration reinstated.
As for the process, I find what we had to do a ridiculous waste of money on the State's end.
But I guess that's why the Great State of Illinois is broke. I'm sure 'ol Abe is turning over in his grave...

The personnel were great. They were very cheerfull and moved me through without much fanfare. Covid has definitely slowed this process, but if you go at off times the wait isn't that bad.

I came in around 10a, it wasn't super busy, but still a bit of a wait. It was busy by the time I left, though. Very kind and friendly staff made what I thought was going to be rough an actually smooth experience. Thank you!

They was quick and efficient. Was practically in and out in less than 5 minutes. The worker was very nice...

Social distancing and safety measures are in place. From my experience, I spent the same amount of time as I had prior to COVID-19. Only a few differences;
I waited outside 45 minutes prior to being admitted to the building. I exited the building after 55 minutes.
Prior to COVID-19 I would have sat, waiting in queue usually around 50 minutes. Then to be called to a desk to complete the process of replacing expired identification, around 45 minutes.
Roughly the same amount of time as any prior trip to the DMV. Just expect to be a little less comfortable when you go now, you will be standing the entire time, some of which may be outside.

Was a breeze. Had to get an IL DL & register my vehicle. Was in at 8am & walked out at 9. The staff was great, helpful, very nice and easy to work with. Not a lot of people. If you have business there, now is the time to go.

I had a bit of a wait but overall it was a very pleasant visit and I it's well maintained and definitely helpful and nice employees

I got in and out quier than normal so I'm happy about that. The really don't have that much business since covid.

2hrs in line but was expected with covid once inside went faster and only 10 minutes to get my real ID

I went to switch a title over and was out in about an hour on a Friday. The line moved pretty fast!
