Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport

One of the most conveniently located airports I’ve been to in the world!

It’s very centrally located and it’s so quick and easy to get here via metro or car. It has the shortest distance from metro platform to airport security of any airport I’ve ever been to in dozens of countries around the world. And then from security to the gate is also very quick. The new Concourse E is really nice. The views out the plane windows when taking off or landing are great, especially if you’re facing DC and the National Mall.

Note that Concourse A is a different story altogether, and is not nearly as good the others. But I never go there.

This airport exceeded our expectations. It's impeccably clean, well-organized, and offers convenient water stations. Our first visit was met with swift queues, and the airport's aesthetics and decor added to the positive experience. The architecture is impressive, and the array of food options and gift shops are fantastic. While check-ins and immigration might require some time, arriving at least 2 hours before the flight is advised, considering it's the capital. Being early is a bonus with plenty of activities to enjoy at the airport. We would definitely choose this airport again.

Great airport . Nice layout. Easy to access. They actually had beautiful magnolia trees in bloom.. so pretty. Available parking also. The member of staff that I spoke with was so helpful was friendly . Only thing that sucks is the DC traffic.

DCA is one of the easiest airports to get in and out of. It's a great travel experience. Always clean and lots of light. The TSA knows what it's doing here and gets you through security efficiently. Lots of options for dining on each concourse. For those driving in to park for the first time, pay attention because it can be a little confusing. If you're picking someone up on the arrivals level, that area can get pretty crowded. Have your guest meet you at the Northern end of pick up. It'll be easier. Also know that if you’re looking for a place to plug in and work the options are better at the far ends of each terminal. There are posts where you can plug in at the lower numbered gates, but those are limited and they aren’t really comfortable places to work. There are a few high top tables but no chairs. Your options are better as you go deeper into the terminals in the open areas. You should find better options for working and sitting.

Ronald Reagan Airport DCA is the best airport in the DC area despite TSA doing their best to ruin it!

The restaurants are actually pretty good here!
Before TSA you used to be able to come here, walk around,shop and have a great dinner!
Now you need a plane ticket to do that!

It is a beautiful airport though!
They just violate your 14th amendment in its operation though.

Little details, right!

Legal seafood is the stand out restaurant though.
It’s not perfect because of their operational constraints by TSA.

But they still manage to do a great job!

As for parking, don’t let them tell you the lot is full if you have a plane ticket!
They usually still have spaces just limited!
Also, pay your parking before you get to your car!
You can also reserve a parking spot before you go online!

Great airport overall. It was clean, organized, and had a bunch of water stations to refill your water. We went here for the first time and it had generally quick lines for things. And there's some nice decor throughout the airport. Nice place overall and we'd come back.

Wonderful customer service from the terminal 2 the fast check in for bags and wonderful hard job for transporting senior people and the wonderful people at the security check and the patience of the people and wonderful cheese Berger with French fries and water fountain everywhere to drink fresh water and do not forget check chicken filet

Flying into Reagan is a great sight. National Harbor, MGM and the Potomac River. The airport is small but very nice. Expensive to park your car, so take über, train or Taxi in and out.

Ronald Reagan Washington Airport is very large. Filled with a lot of movement everywhere. It is filled with people moving here and there with the bustling of all types of luggages/ bags. People hustling to get to their gates to catch their planes to reach their destination. All types of eateries everywhere. When you come to this airport bring ur patience with you because you will need it.

I always love landing at DCA. When arriving to your terminal and grabbing your luggage from baggage claim, it will take you around 15 minutes to get out of the airport.

Ronald Reagan National Airport is a wonderful airport that I had the pleasure of traveling through recently. From start to finish, my experience at this airport was exceptional.

One thing that really stood out to me was how efficient and streamlined the check-in process was. The airport staff were friendly and helpful, and the lines moved quickly. The security screening process was also well-organized and didn't take long at all.

Once I was through security, I was impressed by the range of dining and shopping options available at the airport. Whether I was in the mood for a quick coffee or a sit-down meal, there was something for everyone. The airport was clean and well-maintained, which made for a pleasant atmosphere throughout my stay.

Another thing I appreciated about Ronald Reagan National Airport was its convenient location. It's just a short ride away from downtown Washington, D.C., and there are plenty of transportation options available to get you where you need to go.

Nice medium sized airport. Quick through security with PreCheck and Clear. Very few lounges but I see Capital One is building one. Good food options with one of my favorites, Legal Sea Foods. Clean, newer feel to the airport. Reasonable but not great amount of seating at the gate.

Beautiful airport and all well distributed! Very easy to walk around and easily access. Personnel is professional and attentive.

The airport was average busy for a Monday early afternoon. Plenty of food and snack choices all within walking distance from our gate. Free Wi-Fi available.

Been through Reagan a couple of times with no issues. Pretty full today but everything seems to be going smoothly. There are lots of food and drink options between gates. Some good views also. You can see the Washington monument from some gates

Landed…. Got off the plane…. Everything was easy to find. No issues. Ordered an Uber. Didn’t wait for more than 10 minutes… maybe even faster. The airport and restrooms were clean. Over all, I had a great experience at the Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport.

This Airport is very nice, restrooms are clean and the signs are visible to find them quickly. It’s bigger than what I thought it was. It’s been a long time since I’ve been here. There seems to be a lot of stores and shops here, it also looks newly remodeled and the hours are convenient. It’s always nice visiting DC, especially visiting the Vietnam War Memorial where we etched my brothers name as a keepsake. I miss him dearly! We used Uber to get around the city and it was very affordable.

Reagan Washington is a fun airport - how often can you say that? The terminal architecture is a pleasant throwback and feels like a Cathedral. Security lines were short and efficient. The air-side facilities aren't as extensive or varied as you get at a large hub, but they're fine. Overall a great experience.

This is one of my favorite airports in the U.S. It’s super easy to get in and out of, and nearly have encountered a large crowd here. It was nearly empty as I boarded my flight this morning (Feb. 7). I’ve been to DC during the busier summer months, and DCA is still super easy to transit through. Of all the DC area airports, this one is the best for ease and proximity to the sights of the area.
