Typical airport convenient store. You have a few things for your travels such as toothpaste, phone USB charging cables, and other common travel items. They have some food items that are prepackaged. Newspapers, and magazines are available here as well. Be mindful, that this store isn't cheap. But what place inside the airport is cheap?

A 1 because I had to put a star! The woman was so rude to me. There was a wet floor sign in front of the beverages. I grabbed 2 and got in line. She yelled at me. I told her I saw it and I was fine and she said no move away from the sign. Then I got to pay she made me scan my own purchase and then yelled at me to tap my card. My card does not tap. She kept yelling tap it tap I said it does not two. I put my card in and it approved. I went to walk away and she yelled it’s not approved. I turned around and the screen said approved. I glared at her and left. As I was leaving she was talking about me. She had a heavy accent so I am very sure it was not nice. She needs a job where she does not deal with the public. I consult and teach customer service seminars. She needs another job. The rudest person I have met in a long time.

I wanted to buy jolly ranchers for my ride home from dc. The jolly ranchers were 4.09 and i didn't have any change with me or any 5 dollar bills. So i tried to give her a 10 dollar bill and she told I needed 9 cents even though i had ten dollars. She tried to take my little purse and i said no i just wont buy them and she had my money in her hands and she then took the jolly ranchers and then THREW my money at me. She then said to the whole store look now shes crying like a baby. I see that this store has like a two star rating but cashier's should NOT treat their customers like this. I don't know if she just didn't know her math or if it was a policy to have exact change but she was really disrespectful. Also, Im only a young teenager. I am also taught to respect people. I don't know why cashiers think that they can treat their customers with disrespect but i am never going to go to a Hudsons again.

This place is a joke. I tried to purchase some t-shirts and the tag would not scan. The cashier said go get another one rudely. I did same thing won't can. Perhaps management should explain barcodes have a SKU that can be entered. I guess making money is not the priority of staff.

This is about the Hudson store at Washington DC airport terminal “D”

the cashier who was working on 04/18/2022 between 8pm-9.30pm was very rude and mean towards the customers who brought airline vouchers, she want us to scan products by ourselves and if we didn’t do the voucher verification numbers entered by ourselves the very first time she gets irritated as if like we should have known it before hand and does not offer bags for the merchandise only to the voucher holding customers, very bad customer service and experience for the travelers who are already overwhelmed of missing a flight not because of their fault and got stuck in an unexpected situation.

Total attitude by the lady checking you out… you even have to bag your own items!

Really small selection for a Hudson and has some extremely slow credit card machines. Just go to the kiosk instead
