Delicious bento box from grab and go shop at Ronald Reagan Airport.

A good place to grab a very quick snack before boarding your flight. Steer clear of some of the "fresh" options as they sometimes aren't so fresh.

Decent selection of snacks with quick service at the registers. Often have a higher end selection of chocolates which can be pricey, but the quality is good.

Not the greatest airport market but it will do!

Nice to sit and drink

Staff was friendly and an ok selection of ready made sandwiches, salads, etc.
I bought the Chicken Club sandwich which says on the packaging that it has mustard and mayo - Nope.
I suppose I should have asked, but change the label if it’s not on the sandwich.
I fly frequently, and gone are the days in many airports where there is enough variety where everyone can find something decent to eat. Even sit down places are lacking.

When we approached the bar area there was a dirty dish setting where we wanted to sit down so we waited for the server to clear the setting and wipe down the area. She took her time and finally asked, may I help you, we said, we are waiting for you to clean the seating area, to which she replied, one minute. Who says that to a customer? One minute. How about sure, let me clean that right now, can I get you a cup of coffee. Here you are attempting to be rude to customers.

The employee was the rudest. The price tag was wrongly placed and she got mad because I showed her. She grabbed the item out of my hand with an attitude. I didn’t buy anything, of course.

Do NOT buy sandwiches here. They are overpriced and not fresh. The chicken sandwiches I got before one flight were terrible and we quickly threw them in the trash.

Even though this is not a service restaurant, they ask for a tip. Tip jar is also placed in front of the cashier. What are the tips for?

The most rude counter person I ever encountered. It is Saturday, in Ronald Reagan airport at gate 43C at 12 noon.
I bought a fruit cup and it cost $7.14. I put the exact change on counter. The agent picked my cup up and put it behind the counter and said nothing. I asked what is happening. She said I need to pick up the money and give it to her. She said it is rude to put money on the counter.

Expensive & disorganized little place with very limited inventory. Cashier(s) consistently rude- not acknowledged, no response to my “hello” and I witnessed surly, almost hostile (on the part of the cashier) interaction with an elderly customer who proceeded me. Will never spend another cent there.

I went there around 1:50pm (12/12), and the sales person at the counter (a bit middle eastern looking, tan skin dark hair) didn't even say hi or thank you, and was chatting out loudly with another staff (but she was in suit so I'm not sure if she's the manager or someone form another store, also tan skin dark hair) while other customers were eating there. What can I say... it's really Some basic manners that unfortunately not a lot of people have nowadays... Very sad

I saw some of the food had gone moldy, so I pointed it out to the person who worked there but they still left it out for sale😮

They ask for tips on credit card transactions. It's a store, there's literally zero service involved. Bizarre.
