Was actually impressed with this store. I came in for a pillow, and was met professionally by a gentleman named Andrew. We had went through a few pillows that had helped align my spine, because I have issues. After this he had shared with me the monitoring in which the beds had offered for heart and other forms of health, to which you can follow via an app. I was impressed. I purchased a pillow that I can return within 100 days if it doesn't feel right after 30. It's a great place.

We were interested in possibly upgrading our nearly 16 year old Sleep Number bed. Ian, the store manager, stayed even after the store closed in order to make sure that we were satisfied with our choice. We were able to try different beds and pillows while we were in the store. Cleanliness and safety precautions were in place the whole time. This store has had no COVID cases. There is even a guarantee on the pillows after purchase to make sure you are completely satisfied. Ian helped us find what we wanted without pressuring us into purchasing anything we didn't want. He also helped us find savings in addition to the coupon we had received in the mail. I recommend the Bloomington Sleep Number store for anyone interested in a quality sleep and great customer service!

My fiancee and I came here to inquire about a new bed. We had no intentions of making a purchase, just checking options. Jacob was our salesperson. He was very friendly and informative. He figured out our sleep numbers, allowed us to try multiple options, and answered every question I had. He wasn't pushy like a lot of salespeople, which I really appreciated. I ended up buying a bed, and I will definitely be sending my friends to talk to Jacob

I was a bit skeptical that the mattresses could be as amazing as advertised but I’ve been converted. Staff was helpful & didn’t pressure me into a purchase. I loved how when the bed was adjusted it was like it hugged you. I would highly recommend checking out Sleep Number.
