I came in only 5 days before Christmas looking for something very specific to gift my girlfriend. I was super worried about it being such short notice but all of those worries went away once I talked to Diana. She helped me pick out the perfect stone and metal for my gift and made sure that everything was exactly the way I wanted, even having to special order the stone.

Alex, the magician who set the stone, worked hard to ensure it would be ready to give to me today, and saved me a very long journey from Chicago and back on Christmas Eve.

Thanks to Diana and Alex, I now have a beautiful gift for my girlfriend and I still get to spend the entirety of Christmas Eve with her without having to travel. I will absolutely be returning here in the future and telling everyone I know about this place!

Had my ring resized and they did a great job! I even dropped off another one. About 8 years ago they remade my wedding ring to add extra support so the mini size diamonds on the side would not fall out. Looks like the original. Highly recommend.

She helped us pick out a beautiful setting, not to mention she let me continue to try it on the entire time we were there. They had a great selection of rings compared to other places I’ve been!

The first time I walked in and spoke with her, I felt like we were friends. She helped me design a custom engagement ring and wedding band. I am very particular and don't know much about diamonds. I'm sure it wasn't easy dealing with me, but she always has a smile on her face and is genuinely happy to help. Diana brought in several different options for the center stone. I refused several and she continued the search until we found the perfect stone. She had great ideas for the design of both rings and helped me every step of the way. Best customer service ever! Brought my watch in to get a new strap. Eric helped pick out a nice band and ordered. It was discontinued and he helped to choose another band and that was discontinued as well. He helped a third time to select a style and color over the phone and it was beautiful. They spent quite a bit of time and and really gave outstanding customer service for such a modest purchase. This is why they are the BEST in the area, hands down.
