My wife and I moved to Crystal Lake about one year ago and have found this local business to be a tremendous resource for our health journey. The staff here is knowledgable, welcoming, and flexible. Anytime they didn’t have a specific item in stock, they would make a special order and hold on to the item for us. Whenever I didn’t know which supplement to take, they would take extra time to educate me on all of the available options. We are very thankful that this store is still in operation and is serving the community.

Ask him anything and I'd bet he's got a logical and methodical yet clear answer and or solution for your need or query. I particularly love picking his brain and listening to him speak on the microbiom related to health and nutrient uptake. By the way I recommend a product line he carries which you cannot buy anywhere other than through a liscensed nutritionist or doctor, Apex Energetics. He supplies their Adrena-Calm topical formulation. That cream is no less than a miracle for lowering and regulating cortisol for stress and sleep if your brain runs wild before bed!!!!

I don't go to the health food store that much. Every time I go everyone is very friendly and helpful. This last time I went I was helped like normal and I paid with my credit card which showed my name. The person checking me out gasped at my name, and told me that they over charged me last time I was in there. They kept my recite for over 6 months waiting for me to come in again! They gave me a refund for the amount the over charged me over 6 months ago! It is such a blessing to be able to do business with such honest hearted people! It is way worth supporting the small businesses. Just remember "our business, mean their life style". I would much rather support someone who is that honest of a business person.
