Furniture Row had many items we looked at. We finally decided on this set. The financing was quick and the saving and benefits were amazing. We are very pleased and excited for our delivery!

We had a great experience - Casey was excellent to work with! We came and looked a few weeks in advance and heard his sales pitch and pricing. Closer to our closing date, we came back, knew what we wanted, and he still sat and talked us through everything again to make sure we were happy with all aspects of our purchase. Great job!

Keaton was amazing. We are private shoppers. We walked in, said we'd find him if we needed him, and he left us alone! It was amazing, checking on us as we moved through different sections but just asking if everything was okay and moving on. Loved that. We found what we liked, got a break down on the whole set, and settled with something amazing. Thank you for being a "not pushy" sales man. Will come back next time for sure!

Furniture row is beautiful! HUGE! Didn’t even know it existed but found several pieces of furniture and a BEAUTIFUL glass picture to hang in the living room. Casey from the store was so kind and caring and helped me find exactly what I needed. He didn’t try to upsell me or get me to buy anything I didn’t want, he went out of his way to make sure I was very happy with the purchases. A reclining couch, an accent chair with custom color fabric, and the glass picture mentioned above. Go check out this store and give Casey a shout out! He’s great!!

THANK YOU Keaton for your exceptional service today as we decided on our new bedroom set (and 95-540 chair). We had a lot of questions and were a bit needy but Keaton was very helpful and even has a great sense of humor. We’ve bought pretty much all of our higher quality furniture from furniture row and I foresee that continuing down the line.

When we moved here, we replaced and added a lot of furniture. Keaton went over and above to help us get everything, even when it went out of stock during a particularly busy time of year. We needed an additional piece for our living room and didn’t consider going anywhere else first. Also we looked for Keaton again. He of course remembered us and took good care of us again. He makes us feel like family. We absolutely love the furniture we purchased. The quality is terrific and the prices are good. No point in going anywhere else.

We were interested in purchasing replacement kitchen chairs. We were very particular in the kind of chairs we wanted. Our sales person ,Keaton , directed us to the chairs he thought would work. We purchased them. Keaton was very personable.

I came to them because years ago I bought a couch and loveseat from them, and still have it in my home. And, it’s still beautiful! I had a slight problem early on, and they ran, not walked to correct it. This is a company you can rely on . The sales people are the greatest!
