Woody's Family Restaurant

Woody's is about midway on a long trip I occasionally take. I now spend the night here in El Paso just to dine here for dinner and then breakfast before hitting the road. Very good food, generous portions, excellent salad bar included with many of their entrees. I especially love their cod, grilled to perfection! Also includes soup, potato, and a hot veggie, all delicious. Won't leave here hungry! Full menu available from open to close. Wait staff are friendly and personable. A lot of the locals dine here.

FIRST: Truckers, they have ample truck parking.

I stopped here for lunch and I'm so glad I did. The food was really good, the server was on her game, and it had just a nice, small town diner vibe (because that's what it is!).

I had spaghetti and meatballs. It comes with garlic bread, soup, and unlimited salad and dessert bar. All for $14! Only $10 if you don't add meatballs. An unreal amount of food for the price. Great value.

The salad bar alone was fantastic. I'm from Wisconsin, and it reminded me of our supper club salad bars. Not just salad: beets, different potato and pasta salads, relishes, and a full desert bar with cobblers, brownies, etc. It was fresh and delicious.

The spaghetti was really good. Getting spaghetti at diners is hit and miss. This place did it right. Thick, meaty sauce. Good meatballs, and a huge serving of spaghetti.

Garlic bread was really buttery, which I like.

The soup was bow tie pasta chicken soup. Basically, chicken noodle soup with different noodles. I loved it.

I was here about six years ago and it wasn't that great. Something has changed and it is wonderful now. I'll be here again....possibly even tomorrow!

This place was incredible!! The buffet was loaded with delicious salad, food, and dessert. Me and my family were so very happy with our meal that even though we live over an hour away, we are planning a return trip. Keep up the great food, Woody's.

The BBQ Ribs Are Super Good! Tender, Flavorful, Lots Of Meat, Fall Right Off The Bone! Got it with their fries, which are always excellent! The Western Bacon Cheeseburger is also very delicious. Always prepared fresh! Will be going there much more often now!

On our way home to Wisconsin and stopped for breakfast. We were a little leery because we had stopped at the Woody's up the road and it was NOT good.
We were extremely pleased with this Woody's! It was clean! The waitress brought coffee right away and it was very good. The food was hot and tasty!

I had bean soup with a grilled chicken sandwich. Super delish bean soup. The sandwich was a no frills perfecty grilled chicken breast on a toasted bun. I took half the sandwich to go. About 300 miles later I had the rest of the sandwich. Yum. I will stop there again. Great place, great service.

We were on our way up to Wisconsin and stopped in for breakfast. The place has a nice feel. All the people were friendly and breakfast came out fast and delicious. Prices were incredible for what you get. We will be back again.

Decided to pull in here on a whim - we have never been to el paso before. Was a very pleasant surprise. Good food. Soup seemed a bit over cooked, but will definitely visit again! Thanks Lexi, great service!

Excellent Home cooked food. Truck Parking for about 14, if everyone isn't taking up 2-3 spots each

What an absolute favorite!!!! The salad and dessert bar was plentiful, my meal was wonderful and my server did a great job. Plenty of parking too!! I look forward to returning!!!

The food was great. Employees were friendly and would strike up a conversation with you. Check on you quite often. The inside was very clean. Would be a great place to take the family.

Always eat there when we are in the area. Good food and always great buffet.

There is no way to leave hungry. The salad bar alone is pretty impressive. Prices are extremely reasonable and food is excellent and lots of variety.

Local owned very family friendly. Open early for breakfast and later for dinner.
Priced right with great food

An extremely varied menu, attentive staff, clean and spacious dining room with plenty of seating. I ordered the all you can eat baby back ribs they came fast, hot and meaty and fell off the bone. A slammin salad and dessert bar. I will be back and will recommend Woody’s to everyone.

Woody’s has an extensive menu and great family atmosphere. The four of us enjoyed our meals. We plan to dine here again.

I stopped in on 9/8/23 I had the buffet it was amazing and I even had the carrot cake for desert the chef prepared it with love and care it just was delicious. The staff treated me with the up most Respect and professionalism. A highly recommend this restaurant to everybody.
