Dunkin'

We ordered this morning, and it was busy. The person at the register was very fast and polite. The food was fresh, we got a pancake wrap with sausage and 2 drinks

Just really nice people to be that friendly so early in the morning 👏
Customer service is better here than the other early morning competitors.

I go here for breakfast sometimes, the food is always nice, the employees are respectful, and the atmosphere is welcoming. Overall, the place deserves 5 stars, in my opinion.

This is the first time I've been to Dunkin Donuts in probably forever the line was reasonably long but the wait didn't take long at all toddler in tow and all. The iced drinks that we got were delicious and well made as for the donut I thought was a little dry and not something I would have chosen to order again the drinks were great and well enjoyed. We went thru the drive thru thou I forgot to mention in case it wasn't already apparent I thought the service itself given the labor shortage we have been experiencing was pretty good.

DEFINITELY the BEST Dunkin’ store in the Bloomington-Normal area! Out of the 4 we’ve got, N. Main Street store has the BEST Customer service & Coffees are properly made & stirred! LOVEEE this Dunkin’ ❤

Staff were okay, prices were good compared to Starbucks , food felt more real, and the drinks tasted the same but with different name, love dunkin when I’m in the east .

The group of staff in this location are very efficient, polite, and friendly! We're regulars at the drive-through, they always get the order correctly & greet you with a big smile! It's amazing to see how the staff do their best to make a positive impacts on people's day! It does not go unnoticed. If you're in Normal & need coffee/bagels/donuts, this is the place to go!

Always appreciate the service at your store. The Cold Brew with cold foam was just right. The Bavarian Cream was also just right. Thank you very much. Made my day. :)

I only gave it a five star because the customer service is outstanding compared to other businesses. In saying that the donuts were dry and the sausage egg and cheese wrap had a smoky burnt flavor. Was not a fan of the food.

We stopped here a couple of times on our holiday trip home to Illinois. The service was fast and the employees were friendly. The location is really small so we almost missed it the first time driving by, but it appears it isn't too far from other shops and stores, so I'm sure it's a convenient location.

Havent been to a DD in probably 10 yrs...insanely good, with a vanilla coffee...so good

The line was out into the street but it moved fast. We ordered on the Dunkin app with no problem. Good service, good coffee and tasty longjohn's. What more can you ask for?

Go through the drive thru here often. Good service considering how busy it gets. Staff is always friendly. My orders are always correct.

Dunkin is amazing. Staff was friendly and helpful . bathroom was clean. Coffee is the best! just wish they had gluten free choices and didn't charge extra for almond milk

I go here every day with my boyfriend and my dog. They always know what we're getting and always give us a pup cup without even asking! This Dunkin is by far the best that I have ever been to!

I love Dunkin Donuts. While there's generally a wait either in the drive thru or inside, they always move you thru the line very quickly. I find their Big and Toasted sandwich really good, but if course their selection of coffee and donuts are also great.

Not fast on a Saturday morning in the rain. But worth the wait. Love pumpkin spice coffee, love pumpkin muffins. Need to make muffins less crumbly.
