I love the welcoming atmosphere at Starbucks, and their coffee is consistently delicious. The variety of drinks and cozy ambiance make it a great place to relax or work.

I was happy to see this starbucks was right off the highway, for the perfect stop to stretch legs and get something delicious to eat and drink. I ordered a head on the app and was able to run in and get my order. I was glad I didn't place it as pickup in drivethru lane, because that was quite long. The store was clean and the employees were friendly and greeted me when I stopped in. My drink was made exactly as ordered. I thought the cart with all the extras loaded near the pickup section was really smart and I wish other stores would do the same, it saved time to bother a barista to ask for a bag and etc.

I’ve never had any issues at this location. I like that it’s close to my job and they have a drive thru if I’m lazy. Today I went in during my lunch break and had the best service ever. Jasmine was so nice and helpful. She was also super patient with me and even recommended me something that I ended up really liking.

The staff's exceptional friendliness and efficiency made my visit enjoyable. Starbucks consistently delivers excellent customer service, making it my go-to coffee spot. Thank you Abraham! :)

Simply Fantastic Service--the Starbucks Model Store! I travel from Chicago to Peoria and ALWAYS visit this OUTSTANDING location.

Lucas is very professional and friendly. He got our orders quick and accurate in the drive through.

Our favorite coffee stop everytime we drive to Missouri. Bathroom and shop are always clean. We are always greeted by a friendly staff. We typically order on the app and walk in to pick up.

Employees were friendly as soon as I walked in. Many more staff on hand than my normal location in Missouri which is probably why my WHOLE order was ready as soon as i walked in!

I was prepared to wait and am so happy I didn’t have to, the little things can truly make or break a moment!

Great food and service on a Friday morning.

I’m a regular at this Starbucks. Today they were completely packed and dealing with a bunch of angry customers. If for some reason any of the day shift crew can see this, I just wanted to say thanks for continuous hospitality and to let y’all know that you’re the best! 🫡🫶

Raab & Main seems to be the best store in town that I have found. Almost as good as Mattis @ Springfield in Champaign 🔥🔥🔥🔥

Aways a line, but moves quickly. Good quality and selection of products.

Tationa is the best Starbucks employee I have ever had. She made my drink faster than any other barista, and made no mistakes. I was there for about an hour and every time I looked up she was working hard. Also, her customer service skills made me feel like I was welcome here and catered to.

I haven't eaten any food nor have went inside. I go through the drive thru, which is always extremely busy, yet the wait is very short. Excellent customer service, friendly employees, I order Carmel Frappuccino with my added touches and they do an amazing job!

I placed an online order, came in 10 minutes later and they were packed. Probably 30 people inside with a dozen waiting for drinks! The guy taking orders was great, he told me they were backed up but he'd let the team know I was there for my order. He went and found/filled my order so I didn't have to wait for the in person line to diminish. Coffee was great!

The best one in town is on Morrissey Street. They never mess up my drinks!

I wish I could give the service I received here more than 5 stars! I was helped by one of the friendliest and helpful baristas I’ve ever encountered.

This location is always busy when I go, but the line seems to move quickly when one person is taking orders and another is handing them out at the window. AJ (I believe is his name) is so, so nice and always in great mood when asking how your day is!

Barista kept talking about how she hated her job and hated everyone there but she made me the best coffee I've ever gotten from this location so thank you hateful barista I hope your day gets better

Ordered online and went in. There was a long line of cars outside and the same line of customers inside. But because the order was put through from the app, I didn't have to wait at all. Just walked up and grabbed the cup.
