In the last year I've purchased a lot of items. I can always find someone to help me locate an item and on occasion shoe me how something works. I never thought much about that 11% rebate but I've needed to purchase a large item and the rebate was great, I can put it toward the next big item.

They always have what I need, even if I didn't know I needed it.

Very helpful employees. They were attentive, knew answers to my questions, and actually took me to products I was looking to buy. How refreshing 👏👏

Good variety of home improvement items. My go to place to find specific items for the home. Their staff is very knowledgeable on different types of products and the variety of products is outstanding. I wish they carried more brands but overall if I am looking for something specific I will head over to them. Plus the 11% rebate is a nice bonus.

Great prices and friendly staff, if an employee notices that I'm walking around like a lost puppy they are quick to ask me if I need assistance ( which I usually do as the store is huge) . I really wish they had these in Canada. The items are so much more affordable than the big box stores at home.

I wanted to give a shout out to Larry at Normal Il store. He's definitely a great asset & I'm grateful for his help. My son's home wasn't insulated properly & bedroom was freezing. With tips from Larry & materials, my DIL & I were able to make a big difference.

I shop at Menards preferentially over Lowe's or home Depot because their selection is generally better, their staff is almost always friendlier and more knowledgeable, and the prices are really hard to argue with - especially the frequently recurring 11% rebate on literally everything.

Menards prices and selection are great. Their cabinet Dept staff, led by Phil, at the Normal store is second to none. The only drawback I have is going through security coming out of the yard. There are times I have had to wait in long lines while they meticulously go through each order due to not enough staff. Other than that, a great store.

Update 062722 Since they moved the lumber yard entrance and segregated incoming truck traffic and customers, the delay times at the yard gate have dramatically improved.

Great store to go to for tools or products for the home and more. Like the rebates you can get as well as the generally great prices. Update: I reviewed this yesterday, when I ordered a tool box and it was supposed to arrive in 6 days. It arrived today! Awesome place!

I found a better item than I went for for the same Price! Two staff assisted and confirmed price. One loaded it on my cart. Also they told me to watch ads to see if I can get extra savings if my item goes on rebate or sale...which I won't do but that was a feel good moment at the end of my long day!

Was a good time of day to run in for what I came for. They had plenty in stock and we're also filling shelves. Check out went very fast.

Friendly and helpful staff. They will stop what they are doing and heko you out.

The store was very clean, the employees very helpful and if they see you looking around they stip to see if they can help you. Very pleasant and didn't act like they were too busy to stop and help you, lines were a little long but got through in quick time.

Very impressed by the knowledge of their associates. Was able to fix water heater connector myself by talking to their associate and buying required tools, products.
Everytime I need something Home related, their associates always help with any questions.
These pictures were taken taken before and after replacing water heater connector. This DIY project gave me lot of knowledge and saved money.

I love this stores layout and their more than willing associates to help me! Also love this stores prices!
We live paycheck to paycheck and we needed a new floor in our living room. We were able to find a beautiful laminate floor that was in stock every paycheck when we could buy more flooring.. We were able to buy in our budget $300 in flooring every eel or two. Never did the product run out or change price! This store just makes things very easy for us! Thank You so much for being there Normal Menard's! 👍😊❤

My friend and I went to get some plumbing supplies and had some trouble finding a special tool. I showed a picture of it to an associate who, not only told us the aisle it was in, but took us directly to it, then she stayed to make sure we found all we needed and to answer any questions. Great service!

We were at the Bloomington, Il, store on Saturday, April 17, looking for an LP Water Heater. Your floor staff person, Luke, helped us out. He was excellent! It was a challenging task to find what we needed and took quite a bit of time but he stayed right with us throughout our wait to update us on the progress which we appreciated! He also walked us to the areas we needed to get parts for the Water Heater. Five stars for Luke! Thank you for employing such a conscientious young man! We will be back for any future needs! 👍🏼

Visited the garden center today - found a nice selection of plants, fertilizers, and outdoor decor. Noticed several employees hard at work, one of whom asked if I needed help. I generally choose Menard's for their prices, selection, and helpful staff.
