The Home Depot

On two separate occasions I have purchased fence boards for pick up at the Normal store. Cramming 6' boards into a little Fiesta is tricky but both times the staff was able to do so without damaging the interior of my car. This store is known for the courteous staff but I am especially thankful that both Mike and Jackson took the time to help me. With a smile.

Went here for mother's day to get the wife flowers and plants for the home and were able to get great quality plants and service - check out lanes were very quick and efficient!

The employees are always helpful and they have everything that you need most of the time. If not you can easily check on the app to see if it's in stock and order it for free to the store.

I'm super excited about this purchase, and the employees are always very helpful. The self checkout is so easy, especially if you have gift cards. This store had the item for $99, while everyone else had it for $219.99.

I can't say enough about how amazing my shopping experience was at Home depot today! Kelly was incredibly helpful and kind, and Ulices was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful helping me find birch and dogwood. Mikk was also amazing and carried my curbside order to my van and loaded it for me! I will absolutely be giving my business to home depot in Normal from now on, and want to say how big of an asset Kelly, Ulices, and Mikk are to your team.

Gentleman who worked here named Austin was literally carrying a whole pallet over his head, but STILL asked us if we needed help when he was like 20 feet away. Literally stopped what work he was doing to help us. If the rest of the team is this kind, I won't take my business anywhere else.

Shivonna in customer service went above and beyond helping us find the right one for our needs, answering our questions and setting up a consultation for delivery and installation. Her warm friendliness and efficient service have made us real fans of Home Depot.

Went there to get a dehumidifier which showed up on their website as the last one. Ask an employee where to find it and he was very happy to help. The one there was high up on their shelves but a young woman got it down and the box was damaged. She took it back to the man that had helped us and they plugged it and it worked. The man that helped us took us to the register and took money off the price and I am so thankful. Got it to the house and it is perfect. Great experience for an early morning!!!

Good name brand tools...alway end up buying more than i went there for. Employees are helpful. And THEY HAVE MAKITA

I love Home Depot but its a 45 minute drive for me. The employees were friendly, helpful, and courteous. Gabe not to be confused with Gauge was super helpful and didn't mind my endless questions and assisted me with product knowledge and my purchase was reflective of that conversation.
Rob at the self checkout was super kind and helpful.

I needed a gallon of paint to match what I had used last year. The young lady at the paint counter was by herself and pretty busy. She was able to take care of everyone quickly, efficiently & with a great attitude. Hard to find associates let alone associates that do their job well and with a pleasant attitude. I'm not generally a fan of Home Depot compared to the other 2 giant home stores but I will go there for my paint because of the quality of the product and the service!
