A week ago, Shristi assisted me at the Bond No 9 counter. She was so patient with me as I explored the beautiful Bond fragrances and provided very helpful feedback. If you pass by the store, make sure to pass by her counter, I know I will!

So, absolutely sparkling clean, not clutter, such an inviting store to browse and the best customer service at Lamer!

I visited the store earlier today with a friend (an older lady) to buy a pair of shoes for her. The gentlemen Tommy Bernudez was assisting us. When my friend was about to pay, she noticed she didn't have her credit cards with her and she didn't remember some of the info of her account (we spent about 15 mins in the counter). The sales person, Tommy was extremely efficient and professional, while also assisting other clients, he was patient, with a very good sense of humor and a gentleness that made that awkward moment go by on a nice way. At the end, my friend found one of her cards and got her shoes. Mr. Bermudez's service was definitely the highlight of the day! She told him he was an angel!

The mens fragrance business manager Stephania B is one of the best managers I’ve dealt with. She helped me order a very hard to find fragrance and certainly earned my business. This location is very out of my way but I would definitely return because of the level of service I was given.

Last week I had a pleasure of shopping with a friend in Bloomingdale's, Chestnut Hill.
We where looking for area rug and the coffee table.
Most importantly we had such a wonderful experience with a sale specialist Srdja, who was so incredibly informative and helpful. He spent so much time helping us decide on a perfect rug.
Michelle from furniture department was very kind and helpful. Great place!

I was very please to get to this store and found a large selection of hight quality items, and good brands.

My wife and I went to the women's shoes section of this store and received exceptional help from Tommy Bermudez. He was truly an expert and provided a ton of suggestions on alternative shoes when a handful she had considered just didn't fit right. We walked away very happy and with two new pairs of shoes for her! Thank you so much Tommy for assisting us this past Sunday, really made our day!

The clientele, they're very discriminating and that's reflected in all the high-end products that they have. I like to find products from all over the world which are beautifully crafted and I want some of the finest linens used in exclusive hotels which are available at Bloomingdales.

Convenient, small, but very functional, especially being a loyalist member.

This store pays exceptional care for their customers. They are a perfect place for getting the wife her Christmas present.

Customer service can’t be beat. My only suggestion is to try to visit when they’re not too busy. If you can visit on a Sunday around 6 PM you’ll hit it at the right time. When I went to purchase a suit I arrived at opening time on a Sunday, there was one person in front of me and Annette was the only salesperson. It got incredibly busy quickly but she multitasked well. After being there more time than I expected I got a wonderful suit that she was able to find in stock and available. I picked it up yesterday 5/15/22 (yes, a Sunday) and Kate was attentive and respectful. Despite what other reviewers write about the service it is wise to keep in mind that we’re still in the midst of a pandemic and getting and retaining employees is a nightmare. Great suit and wonderful service. I’ve never been a Bloomingdale’s customer, this place is a bit inconvenient for me, I don’t shop too much and quite frankly dislike it, but this is my go to place from now on.

I gave 5 stars to Rachel in the fragrance department, she offered great customer service and was very welcoming when I was looking for cologne. When I was just shopping and looking around the store she came up to me, said Hi and asked me my name and we were joking a little bit. I decided to buy cologne and she was glad to show me a bunch of fragrances, let me spray, and plus gave me a few samples. What I liked most about Rachael was her personality and the way she greeted me. Today I went back to Bloomingdale's to purchase more cologne, and Rachel was so good to me as supplying me with more samples and plus a lotion kit. I got to say Rachel is awesome and a great Men's fragrance Specialist I recommend anyone who decides to shop at Bloomingdale's please go and see her.

The staff at the fragrance counter was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and very quick to help, not trying to sell us anything we didn't want! Excellent experience!

Had to get a gift for my granddaughter and drove 60 miles each way to get what she wanted.... The clerk was absolutely the best and directed me to where the item was and helped me with gift wrapping. Thank You

I’m not a regular shopper and don’t often think about going to Bloomingdale’s. However, the Bloomingdale’s at the Chestnut Hill Mall in Newton has shifted my attention away from online Amazon outlets back to the brick and mortar. This Bloomingdales has plenty of open space, pleasant and knowledgeable staff and some honestly priced attire to browse through. Their current cashmere sweater sale is impressive with colors more beautiful than ever. And their dressing rooms are well sized and easy to use. Their return policy is effortless and service excellent.
