I have nothing but positive experience with this store. A few months ago I was there with my friend who was buying a MacBook Air, no appointment and the transaction was smooth. A few days ago I walked in trying to wipe out data on old phone since I got the new iPhone 15plus working fine. Nathan fixed it in a few minutes after I googled it and tried for hours, Nathan was courteous, friendly, and professional. Later that day, I walked back because I decided to trade in the old phone to buy a new iPad, I got the assistance right away, the transaction was again smooth and professional. I feel the store has good work flow and the stuff is well trained. I do know why the total rating is so low?! Personally, I will keep on using this store for my Apply products needs.

The staff at this Apple location was extremely helpful in answering multiple questions I had ahead of purchasing a new laptop. They were able to understand my needs and did not try to upsell me on additional upgrades I did not need.

This location was by far the best Apple experience I’ve had thus far. I made an appointment for the same day, and our sales rep Marty (who was absolutely AMAZING) helped us right away. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and most importantly not pushy. As a student I was looking for a multi purpose IPad but also wasn’t looking to break the bank and he completely understood and pointed me in the right direction. Marty did such an incredible job and knew the right way to sell a product!

Customer service is great! We did have a huge issue with payment though. If you apply Apple gift cards as a down payment on a device, you can’t do monthly Apple card installments. It is some technical glitch that prevents it, and we ended up leaving without an iMac….

The staff in the Chesnut Hill Apple Store are extremely helpful! More better than staff in Boylston Apple Store and online service. My new Mac Pro 15 inch with touch bar which definely has obvious defects when you compare it with my friends or Mac Pro 15 inch at the real store, but the manager, she said it’s not an issue... sadly. But the staff at Chestnut Hill Apple Store admitted it was a defect and gave me three options ! It’s amazing, they are very helpful and flexible. I like them, of course 100% for their service !!!
PS: the left is my friend’s Mac Pro 15 inch with touch bar, the right one is mine, do you guys think it’s a defect or not ? Why the staff at Boylston Apple Store thought that it was not an issue ? It is 2500 USD for a student, man.. I can not believe they say that words. Luckily I exchange a new one at Chestnut Hill Apple Store, thank you very much!

Just had a great experience at the Chestnut Hill Apple Store - my iPhone screen stopped responding to my touch within an hour of the store closing time. I ran over to Chestnut Hill on the off chance that the Apple Team could address the issue, or at least get me to a point where I could do my own troubleshooting. Not only did the team stay past closing time on a winter Tuesday to completely fix my issue, they went above and beyond by not charging me for the effort. Thanks again!

I love coming here - the team is really always super knowledgeable and also the manager really cares. He followed an issue I had through several attempts to get it resolved with the send away care team. Great atmosphere, well organized!

I stay as little or as long as I like depending on whether it's a grab and go or just a stroll to see what the latest stuff does...

I had the best experience purchasing a new phone after my last one of many years finally kicked the bucket. The technition assisting me (Anthony) was super knowledgable, kind and personable. He seriously took the time to help me and try to get me the best deal as well as figure out how to transfer all of my old data (even though my old phone was being a major problem).

All in all great experiance thanks to the staff. Their kindness made spending alot of $ much more palitable.

Made an appointment on the day, and gave myself an hour or so between my appointment and where I had to be afterwards, assuming I’d have to wait for this and that. I spent about thirty seconds waiting before someone from the Genius Bar came to help me out. It was a tricky problem that was part software, part hardware. The gentleman, Carl, walked through several potential solutions, and he helped me test out the microphone problem in the store. They are very good with distancing and sanitizing, but not in a way that disrupts or annoys. Carl helped me get a replacement device in less than five minutes, and I was left with plenty of spare time to get some shopping in before heading off. Very satisfied, as the visit saved me a lot of time.

Maybe this store is under new management or something but, compared to others rating the Chestnut Hill store, my experience was fantastic! I went in today to purchase my first iPhone and the entire experience went smoothly, except for some minor difficulties transferring my contact list and photos from my Android to my iPhone (rightfully attributed to Android interface). Maria, Dale and Steve each did their part in the process were patient and thorough with me, and made the entire experience a pleasant one. I will definitely return to this store for events and support as needed.

My phone broke when dropped in the airport as I was taking my daughter to college and I was in crisis and I was an emotional wreck. After waiting some time I was helped by the store manager, who stayed hours after she got off work to help access my account details and have a technician repair my phone. She was supportive and patient with me. What started out as a struggle ended up very well managed by this store. My new screen is working great and the customer service was superb.

I went to this Apple store around closing time last night because I had tripped and dropped my backpack (with my laptop in it) on the pavement. My laptop screen wouldn't turn back on...and I have a presentation this week that I didn't back up! They were able to make an appointment for me for this evening but couldn't see me last night because I arrived so late (understandable). The man who helped me book my appointment yesterday was very friendly and helpful but I didn't catch his name. Tonight I went into the store for my appointment and I was helped by Jasmine who was able to make my laptop as good as new in just about 15 minutes! She was able to explain what was going on with my laptop in customer-friendly language which I really appreciated. Thank you!

Awesome. Cursor down key strarted falling out in my wife's MacBook. We made a Genius Bar appointment for 3:45pm. Showed up fifteen minutes early, still got seated and our Genius could talk to us a few minutes later. He took the laptop to the back room for a short while and fixed the key. We were out of the mall in less than twenty minutes, with the laptop fixed.

The typical apple store experience, since it’s operated directly by Apple I guess.

I visited this place to refund the iPhone xs max I owned for several day after I found out the size of this phone is really not suitable for me. They accepted my request to refund without problems and I received the refund in a week. Great experience for me.
