I LOVE Springer's! The team is so customer oriented and the selection of beautiful and sparkly items is unsurpassed. They carry some exquisite designers, like Christopher Designs (my fav) and many others. They are a certified Rolex/Tudor dealer. Their estate collection is also over the top. They are my go to Jewelers, for new items, for fixing things, and for selling the items I have moved on from. Thank you Springer's for always making me feel special.

My husband was gifted an incredible watch from his father, and we needed it resized. We don’t really know the area so we called Springers to ask questions about adjusting the band. The girl that answered the phone was so kind and helpful. I genuinely felt like they wanted to help us out. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by Charlie. He educated us on the piece and was so accommodating for the adjustment. Charlie made this heirloom perfect for my husband and we cannot thank him and this location enough for your help and kindness. I brought in a Figaro Silver necklace with a broken clasp. It belongs to someone very special to me, and the necklace is important to him, so I needed a professional to replace it, not just repair. I was greeted with respect and knew my concerns were being addressed. I am not particularly wealthy andI never felt out of place like I have at other jewelry shops. I am more than satisfied with the work they performed. I will never go anywhere else for my jewelry needs or purchases. I also set up an appointment to work one on one with a jeweler to create s pair of earrings I want for myself. I went to Springers to have some of my mother’s pearls looked at to determine if they are real. Meeting with Daniel Burger was a seamless pleasure. Having never done this, I had no idea what to expect. I was not uncomfortable or intimidated at all. Daniel was very knowledgeable, professional and helped me determine the real from the fakes. Jen adjusted my new watch so quickly and I thank her with all her a expertise and always helps me every time !

We bought a beautiful wedding set just before Christmas and didn't expect that the Springer's Jewelers team would have time to adjust the rings so they were the perfect fit. Despite the holiday rush the team had our rings beautifully gift wrapped and ready to pick-up just a few days later (and still a few days before Christmas). We couldn't have been happier with the quick service and how the rings looked and fit in the end!

Springer's staff are always a pleasure to work with and my most recent experience was great. I highly appreciate their adherence to safety protocols and providing appointments with limited customers in the store. I felt safe and that my needs were important. Springer's in Bath, Maine handled my needs and questions professionally. I worked with Alex who was excellent, though all the employees were friendly and very knowledgeable. I will definitely do business with them again.

The staff at Springers are always warm and friendly as well as knowledgeable. It is not easy these days to run a small business due to the extra safety requirements but Springers has managed to maintain their high level of service despite these added challenges. I highly recommend Springers Jewelers to anyone looking to purchase jewelry or needing jewelry repaired.
