Shaw's

This is a very good supermarket chain, and this store is representative of what I have seen elsewhere. It was very clean and well-organized, with excellent lighting and the organization of food on display was logical. Accessing food choices was easy, and the staff were friendly and working hard. From the deli to the fruits and vegetables, plus all of the package goods, I can't imagine too many items that I would not find in the store. Many thanks.

We vacation outside of Bath regularly and are grateful for this store. It is easy to find product and even though the store is small, we have always found each item we needed. The “sale/coupon” pricing is worth downloading the app for (we live in Cincinnati).

The employees have always been friendly and I chose to not shop at other area stores because of how good the experience is here.

I've been to this Shaw's more times in my life than I can count. Always been very clean, stocked as much as it can be. The associates are usually nice, but considering everyone is different it'll depend on who you get. This Shaw's has a lot of items that are fresh at the deli and bakery. I truly adore their bakery section because it always smells so good! They also have a bottle redemption next door and you can bring in the ticket to trade in for your cash inside. I always have had good experiences at this Shaw's.

Despite not always having what one is looking for, which is no different than many other places BUT what Shaw's does seem to have is plenty of nice, friendly& very helpful staff!! That's almost as good as having my favorite ice cream back on sale! So thank you to ALL CSR's at Shaw's in Bath and to the rest of you who no matter your trade, if it involves dealing directly with the public or if you are the one driving the loads of products or piloting a cargo ship-if it enables us in our daily lives as we ALL still have to get through each day in spite of these difficult times! So if this includes you, then think of all of us who DO appreciate you, while old, grumpy cronies are yelling at you!! Jokes aside, thank you ya'll deserve praise and to those of us who are reliant on you&your job being done, try having a little patience while grocery shopping and quit thinking you are the only person in the room!!

They've got a great selection of goods that is unrivaled when it comes to other big box stores, however the price comes at the cost of such a diverse selection. Good place to shop for things you wouldn't find in walmart, such as a larger selection of liquor, very good deals when they have them, and usually isn't as unfriendly as other box freight stores of larger chains.

Yesterday I had the opportunity to spend 6 hours in the parking lot of Shaw's during the Non-Food Bank donation drive. I was so impressed with the employees, especially the young people who were gathering the grocery carts endlessly and at a hopping speed! Iason, Rhianon and Jason were particularly gracious as we took up some of their space, and always had a smile even when customers almost ran into them in their cars, or walked right in front of them, when they were ready to give the big push into the store. I didn't get to know the names of the later shift, but they also did a tough job on a cold day very professionally. The manager also was very efficient and really impressed me with her "we can get it done" attitude. Thank you Shaw's Bath for not only the great organic produce and great store, but the happy attitude and hard work even outside the store!

The employees are very helpful. The store is going though a change and it will be some getting use to.

This this a really nice value supermarket. The prices were reasonable, the selection was wide and parking was easy. Definitely shop here for groceries and house items.

The girl at the deli with dark hair and black eye makeup was so nice, helpful, friendly and another women a little older from the same dept

This shaws has the best floral department from here to Timbuktu! Dian was very helpful in helping me prepare for a wedding for last minute flowers and was very thorough with her follow through. The cashier was patient when I checked out she even suspended my order allowing me to shop more and return once I gathered some last minute items. I highly recommend shopping here for all of your needs.

Great experience...home made delicious sandwiches are the best...huge for 8.99 feeds a family

When we shop, the store staff is very friendly, helpful and well presented...more like a social visit with old friends, they know our first names.

Update: Today, 4/20/20. I am a disabled Navy Vet, recovering from spinal surgery and unable to bend from the waist...while showing I dropped an item in aisle 5, a passing young pregnant lady, with a young child in her cart, stopped to pick up the item...I thanked her sincerely and she took notice of my NAVY ball cap and left me smiling with her comment: ALWAYS WANTED TO THANK A SAILOR!
As I continued shopping, gentle tears filled my eyes ... you meet the nicest people shopping at SHAWS!

People are great.There computer check out system will cheat you at least once a month if you don't check your receipts when you leave

My go too. Know where everything is. Can get in and out like a quickness. Even when self check out machines act up. Wonderful staff. All around. Every department.

Employees are cheerful, work hard, mostly keep it customer-facing when appropriate, which means a more enjoyable experience even when everyone is panic shopping for the first snow of winter.

Best management and crew in a single store that I have ever seen. They do a great job from the top on down. This Shaw's location is one of the best in the state.

For a big store everybody that works there treats you like you're a friend they like to know your name and genuinely care if something is going wrong in your life it's nice to have a small town feeling in a big store

Shaw’s is located on Us 1 in Bath the store is located in the Shopping Center Shaw’s is very clean it also has a wide variety of food the selection is great the service is very good I like the vibe and the produce section is very good the prices are pretty good
