Best family clothing store in the Midcoast area!

Nice and friendly

The service and attention during the sale of a cute pair of jeans and a bathing suit was what I'd expect from a higher end boutique clothing store. Made us feel like royalty and was quite a treat. Wife was ultimately not comfortable with the fit of the suit so the store, graciously, took it back. The jeans, however, were her absolute favorite but the rivet type button pulled through the material and cannot be worn. She brought them back and was told they cannot fix them, replace them, refund her money or at least give a small % off next purchase; instead, she was given the tester bottle of perfume she won't use. Even our kids were offended for her. We live in Bath and literally, walk into town every evening and she looks at all the merchandise and event flyers in their window; I even see stuff I like for her from time to time but will stick with another boutique a block away when considering gifts for her. I know it must be hard to compete with the big online stores but this was a defining moment for us.
