I called Hawkes Flowers to order an arrangement for my sister who just returned home from the hospital. Living in another city and not being familiar with Brunswick Bath florists, I called a florist in Brunswick to order an arrangement. The florist told me their driver had already left with deliveries and they wouldn't be able to deliver until Monday. They quickly referred me to Hawkes Florist in Bath stating they may be able to help me. They were right! The woman who took my order let me know that even though their driver had already left for deliveries, she would take my order and have it delivered by this afternoon! My sister received her flower arrangement within two hours of my order. I am so impressed with the customer service I was provided. Hawkes Florist is top shelf and I will highly recommend them to everyone. Thank you Hawkes Florist!!

I arranged for a flower arrangement for a funeral on behalf of many of my coworkers for a very beloved colleague/boss whose mother had passed away. Today, on the day of the service, the company I arranged it through canceled it with no notice a mere 2/2.5 hours before it was scheduled for delivery.

From New York I frantically called florists up and down Brunswick Maine in extreme panic and Hawkes Flowers came to my rescue. With just 2 hours notice they put together a beautiful arrangement and delivered it to the church with plenty of time to spare. It was so important to us that our colleague knew we were thinking of her and the wonderful folks at Hawkes made sure that happened.

The family was so touched.

What a Beautiful Christmas Arrangement, we were surprised with when We walked into Our weekend Stay at "The Inn at Bath" on Thursday! My Sister in law & Brother in law live in New Hampshire, and ordered this Beautiful Arrangement from Hawkes Flowers & Gifts, and had them delivered ahead of time, so we would be surprised when we arrived...and We most certainly were!!!

Hawkes delivered a STUNNING bouquet to my mother for her birthday. The quality of the flowers and arrangement exceeded my (high) expectations and they graciously alerted her ahead of time when they were coming and went out of their way to find the house, which is on a rural backroad. The folks at Hawkes Flowers are always wonderful to work with and do gorgeous work. For example, they did an excellent job preparing the flowers for my mother's funeral. I especially appreciated they way they used certain colors from the casket piece for each of the other bouquets so that each piece had its own personality but coordinated beautifully with the whole. I have always gone to Hawkes for any occasion I need special and beautiful flowers for. I usually stop by their store in Bath and while the selection is small (I'm sure due to the fact they may do more special orders) I always can find an arrangement that is beautiful, fresh and unique. The ladies that helped me today were very warm and really cared to help me create something beautiful. Highly recommend!

After been let down by another business that didn't deliver my flowers, the lovely people here stepped and and were able to get new flowers sent at a moments notice. What's even more impressive is that they got the flowers there quickly despite terrible weather and the fact that it was Valentines Day too!
