The Cheesecake Factory

We are visiting from Montreal and we decided to eat here, I’ve tried them in California but wow , this is a really quality, good food, surprisingly it was extremely fast, even though the place was packed. Lydia the server she was so sweet, smiling all the time and so quick to serve; we were 14 people and she made sure everyone received what they ordered, she was around for the refills and more orders. Kudos to her , even though we were a big group, Lydia handled us greatly. Thank you Lydia!

Yummy! As someone with a gluten allergy, it can be hard figuring out what is gluten free and what's not. Luckily, they have everything that can be made gluten free clearly marked on the menu, which is very nice! There aren't a ton of options in comparison to some other restaurants, but those they do have are quite good. The four cheese pasta with chicken always hits the spot! I will say, however, I did order steak here one time and I found it underwhelming for the price. The Godiva flourless chocolate cheesecake (gluten free) is chocolate heaven. It's truly one of my favorite desserts on this planet. Overall, it's always a great experience dining at the Cheesecake Factory!

Arrived on a Wednesday night and immediately seated in a booth. Great start. Waitress was very friendly and attentive. Nachos appetizer was a great start, along with the usual bread basket. Entrees came together and was attended very nicely. And top it off, we could not leave without the cheesecake dessert, which was great. Very nice dinner. Great service, great food, great ambiance. Highly recommend.

This is a wonderful but expensive restaurant. I have to say the price and portion size is worth it. The restaurant was very clean, smelled and looked wonderful. Expect to pay $20+ per person for a meal and drink. If you add dessert it's gonna cost you an additional $5 to $10+ dollars per person, unless you share. The menu is an actual book that's how wide the variety is of food, drink and desserts. Everything we ordered was tasty and had an excellent portion size, enough to share or eat and take some home.

What an excellent place to have a nice dinner or lunch. Love the Baja tacos. Little sad they make it smaller and give smaller portions for a higher price. But the taste still the same 🥹 can’t say no to them.

This place is very nice, busy and is in a great location.

Our first visit since the pandemic. The bread service is still great with both brown bread & sourdough. The server was attentive and kept our water glasses full. The kitchen was a little on the slow side. Loved the food!!!!

The ambience of the place is great, large in scale, with blown glass decorative lighting. Decorative painting on the walls and ceilings make an impressive display. Upon leaving we did notice it had been a bit noisy. Outside dining would be a quieter option.

I chose the bang bang chicken and shrimp - slightly spicy Thai with coconut. My wife had the chicken parmesan pizza style. Both dishes were super. We only ate half our servings so we would have room for dessert - which is almost the whole point of the Cheesecake Factory, right?

The desserts were great as always. I had the banana cream cheesecake, my wife the chocolate cake. We get to have the left over entre and dessert for a second meal.

First of all, if you are thinking about going here please try to reserve a table in advance. This place is busy. We had a great time here and the food was delicious. My favourite was fried mac and cheese out of all. They also have good options available for vegetarian. There is also plenty of parking space available for free.

I would like to mention our server Laurie L was amazing. She made out Sunday brunch great with her positive attitude and good vibes. We need more people like her working in restaurant to have a good time.

Large dining space. Could walk in on weekday but they would not seat us at a table. Had to sit at high table. Vegetarian options there and service is ok. The pasta and pizza were good. Cheese cakes are great.

Amazing food!
Hubby and i both ordered the veggie burger, it was the best veggie burger i ever had! We ordered it on different bread but both were excellent! The patty was not dry and though it’s made with rice it didnt feel heavy and had a good ratio of veggies in it. Should have asked for it on lettuce instead of a bun cuz it was huge and i could barely finish half.
Complementary baguettes were also delicious.
Mac and cheese from the kids meal was ok, a bit tasteless but kiddo still enjoyed it.
We took the classic cheesecake to go, it was wrapped in a small box with berries and whipped cream, beautifully presented and soo good!
Will happily visit again

Great experience with delicious big sized portions! The restaurant was so busy with almost half an hour wait time to get seated.

Staff was super nice and kept checking in. The food was good with a good balance of savory with the pasta.
Edit: just went two days before Christmas and it was extremely busy. Our server was fantastic, consistently checking in and not forgetting anything we requested. The food was delicious as usual 😊
EDIT: got takeout for lunch for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. Everything was delicious and portions were sized accordingly. When we picked up the food. Everything was still nice and warm.
EDIT: went april 2021 and the food is still as delicious despite it being busy. Our server, Andrew, had the best energy and was one of the best waiters we've ever had. This location never disappoints

We haven't been here in quite a while, and I really missed this place. They have an extensive menu and everything we had was delicious, from the appetizers to the main course to the dessert 🍨. The service was great as well. We plan being back soon!

First time there, was great. Our server Aria was totally great , friendly. Will be back from Michigan and bring my sister again and try more cheese cakes.....great food, fun time.

We always try to stay away from chains when we travel. Try to get all the mom and pops and unique places instead. After 4 days of that, was ready for just an easy meal. This was excellent. Huge restaurant. Best service we had in Boston. Cheesecake and chocolate cake was to die for. Great meal at a great location!

Great atmosphere good food and fast service.

Loved my experiences here! Sat at the bar for all times and the bartenders were absolutely amazing! The food is also delicious and fulfilling. The cocktails are probably the best and very strong, which I appreciated.

Went in for Valentine’s Day. Our server name was Jonathan. He had the best personality. Great customer service! He made our date so much better. The food was soooo good. The chicken taquitos are the BEST!!!! I LOVE the chicken Madeira. My husband loved the shrimp scampi. The mojitos are the best I have ever had! Such an Amazing night. Thank you Jonathan!

have not been here in quite some time. but came here for dinner and had the best time. I brought my two neices with me and they were also very pleased. we sat in the lounge and our server Brittany was amazing! we were starving and she was always right there when we needed her and she def made our experience much better.

The place is gorgeous and is well maintained. Food taste good and they are there to support you. One of us ordered filet mignon medium rare and that was more on the medium side, we talked to the server and the manager immediately offered another one that was cooked perfectly and juicy.
