BJ's Wholesale Club

I love the Medford Massachusetts store. Today there weren't many cashiers however Catherine W. came to my rescue and helped me with checking my items out. She was kind and super helpful. This kind of kindness that Catherine has keeps me coming back to this particular store.

Shout out to Mary at customer service she has an awesome awesome attitude!!!!! I wish all workers could be like Mary!!!! Keep up the good work Mary

They have good service but the price is getting pricey and is try their best to handle long lines I think customer having trouble with app that some could do it like create a digital account then clip coupon that some couldn't do it.the app then do old fashion way clip coupons .also one thing if you read a review some guy he videographer is just customer does not know how to do it the bj app. I don't care your video Grapher. Everyone work is trying to do their job.

Call spent a good $700 here today had quite a few issues. Purchased a twin size mattress. I appreciate it man thank you and I Both Adam and Logan helped out amazingly.

Always ask for Samiyra when writing on a birthday cake or ordering a custom cake! She does an amazing job. So sweet and helpful. Very kind and cheerful 😊

This review is for the interaction I had with the young gentleman who works in the tire center/propane area. I have never had a BJs employee try and help carry my propane tanks to the carrying area. He even then carried them to the trunk of my car, even though I tried to help him. Amazing customer service. Didn't get his name but hopefully he sees this review / BJs will give him some recognition.

I went today to buy an advertised 8k BTU AC. It was easy to find! I ended up buying other items including individual wrapped Purdue chicken thighs, $9 for six meals, these freeze well. I got other things. The lady who checked me out was cool and I did not need to take anything out of the cart. My only knock on this place is there are too many self service check outs. I prefer a human helping me.

Called the Medford bj’s on an item that I purchased online. I just wanted to verify that it went through and he was able to reassure me that I would have it the following day by 7 pm. I called on 8/11/21 at 7 pm and did not get his name but he was ever so nice and I need to write in and say that it was great service with the utmost of professionalism. Please recognize this fine gentleman for the job he does. I was impressed.

Great prices for a lot of things but watch for a few items, they may end up costing more when buying in bulk or offer little in savings.

The lines are absolutely ridiculous, they only open a quarter of the registers when busy and the self checkout lanes are incredibly slow. It may be cheaper but you pay for it dearly with your time.

Not worth the hassle after paying for a membership and spending 400 per trip for the inconvenience.

Update 2019: It got a LOT better since this review. They opened some self checkout lines and the checkout process just flows better. Still busy on the weekends but nothing out of the ordinary.

I'm writing a review to say how impressed I was with the service I received especially the Deli dept. I was there Saturday morning, June 3rd, to pick up, amongst other things for a party, mainly a cake and a Deli platter. There was a bit of a mix up with the platter, due to no error at the store. The women ( I wish I got their names) working the Deli that morning could not have been more accommodating and pleasant. Help us out tremendously and we were on our way. I would like to give a big thanks to the women working the deli that morning.

I'm a 15 years BJ's member and got issues twice, store manager done what she can do and helped me out. Those issues were all about items warranty / service and not their fault. She understood and helped. Thank you.

This Location has been so careful,clean& doing everything to make guests feel safe. TheOThe prices are great.. I wish customers would stop throwing gloves and masks in parking lot. It's not fair seeing all the carriage boys having to pick up the germs. Ty BJ's Medford.

Eric has great customer service. He told me to use the receipt and left instructions on it. But I lost it. It was a good shopping run and he made the experience even better. Way to go Eric!!!

Thanks for installing the additonal SIX (6) new <=15 items self check-out registers! Way to go! They're much faster to check out than the conveyor belt which didn't allow to scan until the item travels off the scale. It also has a "pour by handful" coin receiver - useful to quickly pay part in these accumulating coins.

I love them especially in the summer I'm single so I enjoy them in the summer when I go out with my grandkids to the parks and beaches I've shopped there for food

Exactly what you'd expect. Solid options, great values, for larger wholesale packages. Great for large family's or those with plenty of freezer space. Great book selections too!

BJS of Medford Massachusetts is a wonderful store that has a lot of great bargains wholesale prices for the individual and for a person who has their own business I recommend BJ's for total experience for food to retail too entertaining and all types of appliances suggest or recommend for family individuals and businesses DJ is an effort is the way to go
