After a terrible experience with another contractor, I contacted Justin for help fixing the mess I was left with. Justin went above and beyond with every aspect of the remodel!
Justin is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and detail-oriented. He always communicated, and made it a priority to finish our project with a short timeline. Justin also had great design ideas for the space - check out the brick backsplash!

Justin and his crew did a great job with our kitchen remodel. He was very professional, kept to the timeline, communicated well when issues came up, and stuck to the budget. Justin did a lot of the work himself with not many subcontractors being used. He would listen to our suggestions and did the best he could to get the kitchen exactly the way we wanted. They even cleaned up the house before they left. We will definitely use them again for roof repairs and/or bathroom remodel.

Our roof needed repair due to moisture in the attic which involved mold remediation, replacement of roof paneling, shingles and ceiling replacement because of interior damage from a leak. Justin was direct and without any pressure, answered every question and gave us our options. The work was done in a very timely. All areas were clean when the left as if they had not been here. I would recommend JJ Home Services to anyone.

We hired Justin and his crew to do a full kitchen remodel. We are talking about removing walls, repairing ceiling, new hardwood flooring, new countertops/cabinets, new electrical...the works. He provided me with a very detailed and realistic quote from the beginning. He also provided and stuck to a very realistic timeline. He worked all hours of the day and was very flexible with my schedule. He was extremely polite and professional to my family and I. He never gave excuses, only great results.

I've had bad experiences with contractors in the past (jobs being left undone, quality of products used was very subpar, horrible customer service, not returning phone calls).

I had such a positive and great experience with Justin and his crew, I hired them again to help storm damage. Justin and his crew are very knowledgeable and know what to look for. Justin took the time to explain the problem with my undersized soffit vents and how they contributing to attic condensation, and recommended the proper size vents. He was punctual on the day of service, and did a fine job for a competitive price. I would recommend JJ Home Services without hesitation.

We had our home re-roofed, and new seamless steel siding installed. We are thrilled with the outcome! The workers were skillful, courteous, and always on time. Lots of careful attention to the little details has set them apart from other contractors we have worked with in the past. From start to finish, it was a very pleasant experience.

Our insurance company initially denied our claim, but JJ Home Services connected us with a third-party, independent inspector who provided 103 undeniable photos of storm damage…(Justin and Darrin’s “super powers”)…our insurance company paid.

JJ Home Services did another wonderful job on our roof. After helping us remodel our kitchen, Justin asked if we ever had our roof inspected after the big hail storms this past summer. I said no and he jumped up on the roof and found major damage. I could not see anything from the ground. He and his crew worked with the insurance company to file a major claim. It all worked out great and now I have a new roof and new gutters will be installed as well in the coming weeks. They work hard to make everything work out for their customers. We had a great experience with Justin and his crew. Initially we contacted him to replace some 65yr old windows, and he was the only contractor to bring to our attention that we had hail damage on the window wraps, siding, gutters, and roof. His experience really helped us thru the insurance claim process and it ended up being a huge cost savings for us. We were so impressed with his customer service, we decided to have him convert our 1-season porch into a 3-season porch, install tile flooring, replace some doors, and paint the interior and exterior of our home. He listened to our ideas, gave us options and suggestions, and helped create solutions for all of the projects. He's like a fiduciary for home improvement and we relied on his expertise to make some great choices to improve our home.

Had 2 gas insert fireplaces put in today. Great job! Justin and his crew are such honest, hard working guys. Really enjoyed their character and the work they did was even better. Responsive, professional, affordable. Would recommend them above all else. Thanks again guys, very happy!

JJ Home Services transformed the exterior of my south Minneapolis bungalow garage and house! I had Hardie shake siding placed on the garage and the house dormer, the woodwork wrapped in aluminum and my chimney/cap repaired as well as tuckpointing. There is no doubt their attentiveness to detail and work are impecible. Justin, Darren and the team strive to make the customer 100% satsified and informed if any delays. Definitely, recommend JJ Home Services!

Justin was able to take care of our roofing issue and helped with our insurance claim. We got a nice new roof and we were able to select the color we wanted. I did appreciate that they cleaned up and made sure we were happy.

Justin was quick to respond to my request for looking at addressing some water damage on the exterior of our house. Happy with the work done to fix the damage - and a quick resolution.

I registered here and have called for different reasons which the detailed in the contract, ask for a plumber the made an appointment for the next day between 8:00am-11:00am. At 10:45 am I called they ask me to call after 11:00am if the technician doesn’t show up.
I called at 12:30pm they told me the technician was 15 minutes away. I called by 2:15pm the told me the will schedule for Sunday that’s late.

I wish they could cancel my membership than behaving unresponsive.
This is my worst service in real estate ever.
