I went in about 30 minutes to closing time looking for a nice journal. At first I only saw the small amount of journals they had on the display table by the entrance, but a member of the staff pointed me in the direction of a vast amount of journals and explained sale prices to me. It was a nice selection of blank page, lined, self care journals and more. They had a journal for every cause. The prices ranged from low to high, so depending on your budget it was something there for you. I love the journal I have!

Kathryn at the register was amazing! She made my day by bonding over similarities and by telling me about the membership for educators. She went above and beyond. People should learn customer service skills from her. Thank you so much :)

This is one of my favorite Barnes and Noble to frequent in all the metro. The layout of the place is very open and makes things easy to find. Staff is always cheerful, helpful and available. Place is top notch

I'm just happy book stores made it through the covid junk. Still more expensive than online but you don't go to these stores for the price. You go for the smell and the feel and being surrounded by countless authors and knowledge.

I am out of town at a seminar looking for a specific book. I called the local Barns and Noble and spoke to a Keira and she was so kind. She put the book aside for me. What a lovely reception I had. You don't get that same interaction when ordering something on Amazon!!!

i miss the reading chairs but still a good bookstore, if you like to browse and cant get to the locally owed bookstores it is better than Amazon.

Ann is kind courteous professional and helpful in educating me options to obtain a medical book I am very interested in and enrollment for their rewards. Thank you Barnes and Noble!

This has always been a great bookstore. We are glad it is still around as my daughter is back into a reading mode.

Had a great experience. Visited both the cafe and the store. There was plenty of room to browse, and bookshelves were well labeled. The staff was friendly. I went there to get a new crossword book, and they had a huge selection! It was nice to be able to browse the puzzles before buying as opposed to buying blind online.

We enjoy roaming around Barnes and Noble looking for new books to read. The staff was excellent today. My son was looking for science fiction books and a staff member showed him a new author he didn't know about. The gentleman was very approachable and my son was happy to talk with someone that had knowledge of the genre.

Pretty cool place. The displays all over looked great overall. Place looked organized. One of the staff members was very helpful in finding a specific book and even asked for the detailed information that I didn't think to give. They didn't end up having it in store but she offered to order it which was nice. Lots of Harry Potter things and they had a decent amount of vinyl records as well. Also had a coffee shop but I didn't get anything from there. Would go again!

It is very warm and cozy and a very welcoming place. We love to shop/hangout here. Wide selection of books. The staff is very cooperative and having coffee shop and wifi in the store is a winner for us. Store is very clean. Restrooms are always clean. Excellent location. Nearby lunch and grocery options make it very easy to combine a trip with B&N. All in all one of our favorite places in town.
