Target

This is a Target so you should probably know what to expect somewhat. This one has the Starbucks inside and the Pizza Hut express. Good selection of items and grocery section is larger than some other stores.

This location also has 4 Chargepoint chargers for electric cars and a bunch of Tesla ones. Highly convenient to shop if you own an electric car as you could expect to have your car charged by the time you finish shopping.

Never an issue parking but this location can have some traffic issues at busy times because of how some of the roads are laid out. No worse than plenty of other places though.

I’m a huge fan of Target! Always clean and attractive displays of merchandise. Employees are always helpfull. Returns are easy and quick.

The store was busy but we were still checked our quickly without a wait in line. Excellent front end management.

I was at the Ridgedale location today checking out. I was having problems with checking out my green grapes. The young man who was working the self service area on Sat 3/4 at 11:30 saw me having problems came right over without me asking for help and assisted me with getting those grapes put on my tab. Great job, I'm sorry I didn't get his name but he was paying attention to his customers, that's what I like. He's a hard working young man who's doing his job. Thanks again

Great experience. Store was clean and there were plenty of employees. Also appreciated their mask enforcement. Knollwood is not doing it but they are here and it is greatly appreciated!!!

This is my preferred Target store. I just love the vibes of this store, its clean, you get everything you need and prices are always that delight me. The customer service is also good, always ready to help and clarify if there is anything you need to understand.

I was on the self-service checkout, and thought a price was wrong and she double checked it.. she was so nice. It turned out that I had to buy two of that product to get the lower price. She said she would stay if I wanted to go back and get another one which I did. Very nice and polite she was

Love the ease of returns. Opened the app and showed them my bar code. They found the product purchase on their system. Love that integration!!

I used the pick up service for a tv and ps5. The service was quick and friendly. They loaded the purchases into my car. This is the way to go.

I needed a wig for a Halloween party...that night. I was able to order it and have it waiting so I could pick it up on my way home from work and before I had to get ready. The employees were great. I wish there was a special spot for ALL the online pickup orders to park--not JUST the apple ones, but otherwise, it was great.

Excellent customer service from Josh, I think he's an evening manager. I needed to get large quantities of times, he shopped with me, checking the back inventory and knew exactly what they had. While he was helping me, he was delegating other closing work and employees. I'd hire him for any manager position! He's awesome.

This place is a lot more amazing because Cayden works here. He has been very helpful and works very hard to make sure I have a good experience. Shoutout to him!

Drive up option was the easiet, most convenient & efficient thing I’ve ever done! It was -15 degrees and I left my home and was able to run to Target to pick up a bag of dog food without ever leaving my car! She brought it right to my back seat and put it in for me! Scanned a verifying barcode on my phone, and I signed a line on hers! Amazing! I waited at the designated parking spot for maybe 45 seconds tops before they were walking the 25lb bag out to me! Definitely utilizing this again!

I recently purchased an iPhone at this Target location, and had the pleasure of working with the Mobile Sales leader, Jordan. Despite some complications with my current plan, he was able to work through everything that happened and leave me with a great experience. I HIGHLY recommend that you visit a Target for any phone service. I was helped immediately, and the staff members were all very fun and entertaining while I was waiting. 10/10, would recommend to a friend!

A very well-kept store with very friendly staff. Caitlyn who usually works by self-checkout in the mornings along with Boom who works at the Starbucks are phenomenal employees. They're always so friendly and put the customer first. Target is very lucky to have them.

Gail in customer service is amazing. Very helpful and kind. She helped me with a tedious task and had a smile on her face and a positive attitude the whole time. I have always worked in customer service- so I pay close attention to how I am treated in any establishment, and Gail by far surpassed my expectations. I truly appreciate her and her help. Emmy, her manager, was great as well, and very knowledgeable!

As a Twin Cities Target aficionado, I have found different Targets to be good at different things. While Ridgedale is not a Super Target like Edina and Richfield, and doesn't carry wine and spirits like Knollwood and Roseville T1, where Ridgedale excels is seasonal - especially Halloween and Christmas. Once we pass Labor Day, I periodically check for new merchandise and it's always fun to shop.

Went to Target at Ridgedale after reconstruction. It looks so different now. Like kids zone, where children can play before deciding what toy they want. Sections for men, women and children clothes similar to big department stores now. It's nice that pharmacy is same as before and no changes to Starbucks part. I will explore other sections next time. 😊
