I always have an amazing experience at Bella sante especially when I see Alvaro for a massage or Noelle for massage/facial. Both are extremely knowledgeable in their fields and both strive to make each appointment customizable to me to fit my needs! Highly recommend!

Bella Sante in Lexington is a wonderful spot. I always book with Michael Z for facial treatments, waxing, eyebrow tinting and more! He is so kind and knowledgeable about the products and techniques he uses. I trust all of his recommendations, he is client-centered and pays attention to what my skin needs! He has helped me build the best daily skincare routine. I always leave my appointment feeling relaxed and fresh.

I have been going to this spa for a very long time. I love my facials and Nicole! I looked forward to my treatment every time I go. Staff is friendly and facilitates are modern. When I do get a different service it’s top notch as well.

Michael zarro took care of me with gentle hands and a professional atmosphere. I found him extremely educated, kind, and thorough. He was the first male I have ever had for an esthetician and I couldnt be happier. I recommend him to anybody looking for an amazing facial or service! Francine was excellent for my massage! Not chatty at all (but very pleasant!) Perfect pressure and seems very knowledgeable and just a complete delight. Already have my plan to return.

I’ve been coming here for many years. Everyone is very kind and welcoming. Environment is quiet and tranquil. Clean facilities and great staff. Colette is fantastic at her job and is very sweet too! I have horrible shoulder and neck pain and she always eases the tension. Highly recommend Colette!!

I have been going to Alvaro for for 6-7 years. He worked with me to ameliorate a back injury while I was a professional athlete and, after transitioning into college and law school, also knows exactly how to make my body feel prepared for all of the long days sitting in front of a computer or leaning over books. He always goes above and beyond for me, as well as my family, who also started frequently seeing Alvaro soon after I began with him. He is so knowledgeable and remembers what each of his clients needs and likes. I have gotten massages all around the world and he is still one of the best I’ve encountered. I cannot recommend him enough!!!!

Came here for a spa day and it was phenomenal. They offer a variety of options, all in one location. The spa is immaculate, calming and offers ample parking. The staff are not only friendly and accommodating, but they also provide the perfect ambiance and atmosphere for relaxing. They are all skilled in their craft as well. I had an 80 minute tension release massage with Michael G and my body felt so relaxed after the session. He was communicative with ensuring the pressure was comfortable. Would highly recommend

I hate to write this review because I know it will just mean more business for Alvaro but he’s so amazing, I just have to. He is the best. I try to go once a month and he helps relieve muscle pain and tightness so much that I wish I could go every week! He’s so caring and compassionate, as well. He puts forth 110% effort into every single message! Highly recommend!

Nicole is amazing! She's been taking care of my skin for years now and I couldn't be happier with the results. She's very knowledgeable, personable and professional. Going to Bella Sante and Nicole is the best thing I do for myself.
