Hogan & Van did a great job repairing my truck after someone hit it recently. Whoever did the paint blending did a fantastic job because I can't even notice a difference to the original paint. They are incredibly professional (and friendly) and easy to get in contact with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone

I just recently had my truck fixed and it looks better then when I bought it at the dealership. I wouldn’t trust any other auto body shop but them! They have great workers and do fantastic work.

My car looks brand new after a bumper/rear panel repair at Hogan and Van! They have outstanding attention to detail and went above and beyond. They were also very flexible working with my schedule, insurance and rental care companies! Very highly recommend!!

Just picked up my VW id.4 from Hogan & Van (it's an EV, BTW). I had a minor fender bender which resulted in a lot more damage than was visible from the scratched bumper and slight bend in the hood. The car is back, in perfect condition, looking better than ever.

More importantly, their team was amazingly professional. When I first went to drop it off for our scheduled appointment, they warned that obtaining parts would take a while, and that I was in for a long wait. Dan came out to my car, did a thorough inspection of the damage, and made a list of parts he knew were going to be needed. He then sent me away and told me to bring the car back when the parts came in.

When it was finally time to have the repair done, they kept me up to date on the progress, especially about their communications with my insurance company. Because of the extent of the damage, the adjuster had to make at least two supplements to the original estimate.

In the end, the car was completed, but the insurance company wouldn't pay H&V the higher labor rate associated with electric vehicles. Dan and the team went for bat for me with the insurance company (along with my repeated, un-returned calls). The insurance company wouldn't budge, so H&V put it down as "lesson learned" and didn't charge me for the additional labor.

I hope I never need to use their services again, but I won't hesitate to go back if I do, and will tell anyone who asks about this.

I don't normally write review but I have to say that Hogan & Van service was very professional. My car was replaced with a new bumper and all the work was done beautifully. They even helped cleaning my car. Not to mention the staffs are friendly and always keep me posted on the progress of repairs. They also helped me to submit all the claims to my insurance, I just need to pay for my deductible. I'd highly recommend Hogan & Van to all my friends.

I was referred to Hogan & Van by the Boston Volvo dealer to complete the repairs to my vehicle following an accident. I can not say enough good things about Hogan & Van! They were incredibly professional, thorough, and accommodating over the 3+ weeks it took to repair my vehicle. Someone was always there to pick up the phone by the 2nd ring and answered all of my questions, no many how many times I called for an update on timing. The team was extremely thorough and made sure my car was returned as good as new. I would 100% recommend this shop to anybody and wouldn't hesitate to return in the future. Thank you!!

Absolutely bring your car here!! I totally destroyed my front bumper on a root sticking out of the ground and part of my bumper came completely off. I looked for a local place on Google with good reviews and found Hogan had amazing reviews and has been in business for a long time so I called and they got me right in. The people there were professional, friendly, honest and knowledgeable. The manager George explained everything to me, showed me exactly what they would do and gave me a quote. They fixed my car in a day and it looks as good as new. They charged me for exactly what they quoted me and were very reasonable. Thank you so much! I’m definitely coming here again and would 100% recommend them.

Hogan and Van Auto Body exceeded my expectations with my recent service. From my very first phone call with Deidre, who was warm and welcoming to my consultation with George, who examined my vehicle's damage and assured me it could easily be repaired to Adam, who communicated the timeline and my out of pocket expense, I was absolutely delighted by their level of professionalism and customer service. In an era where it's seems no one does their job anymore, this was a refreshing change. They take pride in their work and it shows. I am grateful to have my car back better than new and can't thank them enough for making what could have been a painful process easy and seamless.

Used Hogan & Van when my drivers door was hit. Everyone I came in contact with, or spoke to on the phone, was extremely professional, and personable, (most of my correspondence was with Monica), explaining the whole process in great detail. They predicted the amount of time it would take to do the work, exactly to the day, and even helped set up my rental. New door looks great, and car was very clean upon return! Very happy, and would return/recommend this shop to in the future!

They are the best shop I've dealt with. Always kind, courteous and very professional. I have had a couple of cars done at Hogan and Van and they always look beautiful on the inside and outside when I get my car back.

I've taken two different cars to Hogan & Van, based on the recommendation of a family member, and both times they did an excellent, flawless job. I really appreciate how friendly they are. I recently told them that they were so nice, I was considering denting my car just to come back in for service. Haha (but seriously). Also, I appreciate how knowledgeable they are about the service they provide, and how they take the time to explain "the process" and are happy to answer questions (instead of rushing you out the door). They work really well with insurance companies and local rental car businesses. I've now recommended Hogan & Van to another family member and a friend, both of whom have taken their vehicles to them. Most people take their cars to an auto body repair facility because something bad happened. At Hogan & Van, they make you feel that at least you're getting treated really well. Good stuff.

The team at Hogan & Van is fantastic. My car was mistakenly brought to their site and left at the curb by a less-than-stellar tow company. Hogan took the time to locate my vehicle, evaluated it, resolved several issues with the tow crew, and kept me updated every few hours. I can't speak to their body work, but if it is anything close to the level of their customer service, then Hogan & Van gets an A+.

Dee and Steve were professional, responsive, accurate, and really easy to work with. I had two repairs for them to make — a rear door that got hit and a small but deep scratch on the hatch of my GTI. They fixed both and you would never know they were damaged in the first place. Perfection! I wouldn’t go anywhere else for body work.

We all encounter unfortunate situations on the road. Accidents happen. While dealing with your insurance company and finding a trustworthy auto body shop can be overwhelming, I never hesitate to contact Hogan & Van. Their team creates a welcoming environment providing exceptional service and quality finishes. Although the experience was second to none, I’m hoping I don’t have to go back there for a long time.

Hogan was excellent! Very easy to see why this company is rated so highly. They kept me updated throughout the entire process. A car accident is never an ideal way to meet people, but it was a pleasure to work with Hogan! Highly recommend.

I recently used Hogan & Van after someone backed into my car. The quality of service and repair was outstanding. I dropped off my car, was picked up by waiting rental agent and went 2 doors down to sign agreement, then on my way. A few days later I returned to Hogan and Van, left rental in their lot, signed paperwork, got in my car and drove off. Accidents suck but the team there couldn't have made getting my repair any easier, plus it looks like nothing ever happened. Keep up the great work!!!

I’ve now used Hogan & Van on 3 separate occasions on 2 different cars, and couldn’t be happier. Adam and George (proprietors) provide excellent customer service and timely updates throughout the repair process, from initial analysis to quotation through actual repair and delivery. Prices are more than fair and the work is absolutely top notch. Go these guys when you need your car repaired – you will be very happy you did!
