Let me tell you something people I’m one of those old fashioned people where it takes a lot to impress me this company is fantastic from Chris to Danny and I think his name is Steve if your car needs work and your not going to Pasquale Auto Body well that’s on you Thanks again guys

We had two major auto body repairs done this year at this place. The shop and manager Chris are great! Chris is friendly, patient and easy to work with, and they did a great job on my cars. Nobody wants to be involved in car accidents, but Chris made our lives a bit easier afterwards.

Great place! I had some minor work done here and 1) Chris was great - friendly, easy to schedule, and great communication 2) they did a great job with the work itself and 3) prices were fair. While I hope to not have body damage in the future, it's great to have a place you know is good and can trust, and I'll certainly be coming back if ever needed. Thanks Chris!

I would not hesitate to recommend the Pasquale Brothers. My car was hit on the left -from the driver's side all the way to the back bumper. I called and spoke to Chris who was helpful. He had me bring my car in away as soon as I could get the and moved the whole repair process right along. The car looks like new! They even returned my rental car for me - so I did not have to make arrangements to have someone follow me to the shop. Chris was polite, very professional and upfront about the time it would take to repair my car. He answered all my questions and concerns about coordinating with the insurance company which can be frustrating at times. If you do not have a rental car, the shop is located right down the street from the new green line extension which makes it convenient if you need repairs and can not get a friend to give you a lift to drive you there or to pick you.

I had a very positive experience getting auto body work done. Chris was very Professional and accommodating. He got my car in quickly and the work was done to perfection. I would use Pasquale Brothers again without hesitation. And the car was washed and vacuumed before i picked it up. Thank you Chris.

In a world where customer service is sadly diminishing, I’m so glad to have this business in my life! Top notch customer service in a timely manner. Chris is proficient in his line of work and I’ve been a loyal customer for years. I picked up my 2020 Tahoe today ( got hit twice in one week) My truck looks as good as brand new! Got my front end repaired here. Found this place with an online search and I'm satisfied with the work from Chris and his crew. Car looks mint and was returned clean inside and out. Will definitely recommend and come back if any future work is ever needed

Chris is possibly the nicest person I've ever met. Since the first call I made to Pasquale auto body, he took great care of me. When i picked up my car, I was stunned at how great it looks. They did an amazing job with the work, but it was really the customer service that wow-ed me. A little friendliness can go a long way - you can count on being treated right by these guys. I got five estimates for major body work on a car less than a year old, which was upsetting, and Pasquale Bros. was the most reasonable, professional, and well detailed of them all. They had worked on my car before, for much less significant damage, and did a fantastic job. This time was just as great. There was a lot of painting and replacement work, all beautifully done, and I picked up a spotless, gleaming car that looks as good as new. You can't do better!

Great quality work, incredibly friendly and easy to talk to, went the extra mile in every way. Before picking Pasquale I interviewed managers at two other local body shops. They would not give me straight, easy-to-understand answers to some basic questions. Then I spoke with Chris at Pasquale and it was like I'd know him for years -- he listens to questions and answers them clearly and concisely. The work was done when promised, at the price that was quoted. Best of all, my car looks GREAT! I've already decided to take my son's car there for some scrapes it got on vacation.

We came out to our car one morning and the bumper was connected on one side while the other side was on the street. Initially we thought it was a hit and run so we called insurance. They recommend Pasquale Autobody who was part of the CAR EZ program that our insurance offers.

When Chris came by he clipped the bumper back on and told us to cancel the claim through insurance. The bumper looked more like it had been ripped off by some one and not hit as we initially thought. He was able to temporarily fix the bumper.

He ordered some parts and told us to come by the next day. Not only did they fix the bumper but they saved us $460. Our deductible was going to cost us $500 It only took him 30minutes and he cleaned some additional scuff off our vehicle.

I hope I don’t need auto body work on my cars but if I ever do I’m definitely using Pasquale Autobody!

This is the only place I will bring a vehicle for body work. The quality of work is excellent but more importantly their customer service is top notch.

No one likes dealing with the aftermath of an accident but they make it completely painless. Pasquale has now repaired both mine and my wife’s vehicles and went above and beyond for us.

This Autobody is is outstanding. Awesome customer service and Chris is super friendly. I have not seen any other place this good for auto works in last 10 years around Boston. I would give them 6 stars if possible. I would recommend this shop to everybody. If you don’t know any place to fix your car (exterior) think no more. These guys will amaze you with their quality results and price. Thank you Chris once again for helping me out.

I had couple estimates and Chris with a smile behind his mask beat them all. He painted the bumper of my wife's car and installed the Illuminated Star on my Mercedes C300. wow! I am very happy with the quality and speed he provided! Thank you!

Chris came in on a Saturday to fix my car and not only popped the dent in my bumper but painted all the other scratches around my car. Amazingly low prices and great service!

Today I took my car there to fix it. someone put a mark on my car with her mirror when driving. It made a black line. The guy told me it’s only 20$ and it took him only 20 seconds to fix it. I was so happy I thought I could give him a tip. It was hilarious. These guys are really awesome
