This was an exceptional experience, with professionals at every step being skilled, knowledgeable and also incredibly efficient. From the first phone call, to the follow up on person home visit to assess the scope of work, this was so well done.
On moving day Rudy and the crew showed up, in late March, during one of those really fun snow days we came to love. Normally, this isn’t a problem, they were so good at moving things with no issues to the truck and bringing it to the new home. Here’s where experience pays off… unknown to us the road with the new home has had issues with paving- the city misses it routinely. Turning onto the street you go down a hill, and we nearly hit the snow bank at the bottom. The moving crew was able to safely land the moving truck in the snow bank and make their way down the slippery road.
Once at the house they were so fast at unloading things and always checked in about where something should go if it was a large rug or furniture item.
Trust makes the difference between professionals and anyone running ads on CL so very clear. Their services include day of move packing, they make this process as quick as can be and takes a lot of the pressure off if you.
The pricing was a deal, so I can’t recommend them enough.

The movers were excellent! Very quick, efficient, and thorough. My move took longer than expected and we ran into issues with parking but they were very accommodating through it all. The furniture assembly was top notch, so much better than I could have done myself. I’d highly recommend them and would use them again myself.

Incredible job done all around! Dealing with Andrew and Mila was very easy. They were thorough and walked us through the entire experience. The movers were on time and professional. They took great care in wrapping and loading our belongings. They worked extremely hard and efficiently. The estimate for the job was very reasonable and it ended up being right on as quoted. We used Trust Moving to move from one apartment to another in Salem on 5/24 –they did a GREAT job! Setting up the move request online with our item inventory was super easy (the customer portal/page for each job is detailed and breaks everything down in a way that is easy to understand), and the owner was responsive to all my follow-up emails and promptly answered all of my questions. On the day of the move, our team of three guys showed up on time, wrapped all of our furniture perfectly and carefully, and moved everything swiftly and deftly. The total price came in right in the estimated range, and the guys who worked with us were all kind and professional. Absolutely no issues – it was an easy and perfect move from start to finish. I can’t say enough good things about them – we would hire them again in a heartbeat, and I would recommend them highly!

I have had two great experiences with these guys. Both times, our movers were professional, fast, and took care of our belongings. They did great work even under very hot conditions! I will continue to use them for any moving needs.

If I could give these guys 10 stars, I would definitely do so! Me and my husband moved from a house (we used to rent a room there) to the studio apartment. Two movers arrived on time, packed EVERY thing properly, from the large dresser to our food from the fridge, which really impressed me. In the new apartment, they unpacked everything with care and took the trash with them while leaving. None of the items were damaged.

The movers were quick and polite. Everyone spoke good English.

The upcoming move seemed to be a nightmare to me, but thanks to Trust Moving and Storage, it turned out to be a pleasant experience. I could never imagined that!

I feel so blessed to have had such a wonderful experience with this company. Mila went out of her way to accommodate the different parts of the move out and move in, and the different parties involved, and she devoted so much time and care to insuring that my son’s and his friends’ move out, storage, and move in resulted in everything being delivered in great condition. They were very professional and accommodating ! They helped my sister and I move recently and they were really hard workers. They moved out apartment in this 95 degree heat with no breaks. Wrapped everything nicely and set it all up for us in our new place. I would definitely recommend this moving company

Before taking services from “Trust moving and storage”, I had reserved services from other movers company 1 week ago the date from my moving date. Last night next day of moving they called me and told that they can’t do, I totally surprised and have no idea what to do next, so I started searching for movers who are available at 9:30PM, found “Trust moving and storage”.
Owner and myself talking and sharing couple of emails at mid-night 11:50PM and finally they said OK for the flat rate instead of hourly rate, by the way I moved from MA – CT.
He so kind and prompt, finally my move went so smooth than I though.
I 200% recommend everyone to have “Trust moving and storage” as a mover across states.

Easy booking and friendly. The crew showed up on time and managed the move very professionally. These guys navigated a 3rd floor walkup in downtown Boston with ease and delivered several bulky furnishings to storage without incident- they were great to work with!

Used their team to move my boxes, the management went above and beyond to make sure all my things were sorted and were very accommodating. The movers who came were really efficient and extremely nice! I definitely recommend the service, worth it!
