Vietnam Star Restaurant

We all have our doppelgänger and this place rises above. The food was delicious, flavorful, fresh, hot, and the staff attentive. The Singapore Noodles were amazing; pork and egg roll salad sinful, and the sesame chicken crunchy, sweet, juicy, hit all the notes. Enjoy!

Always drive by this restaurant but it was me and my boyfriend’s first time trying this place. Super relaxed environment and the food came out so fast and hot. The owner was so nice and friendly. We got dessert on the house. Not sure if it was because we bought a lot of food but the staffs are super friendly and we still got a discount when we paid. Awesome food and awesome service!

It's my first time here. I love the presentation of the food that I order. I believe it's called "Happy Nest." It really is a happy and joyful dish. It is a seafood dish. I love the jar cup for soda, it's so cute and refreshing. Love the fresh flower center piece as well. Their egg rolls taste good and the sauce along with it is very sweet. I appreciate the staff for checking on me to see how I am doing. Very communicative staff and hard working. Definitely try it out if you haven't. Next time, I will try their pho and let you guys know. 😁

Customer service was great, very friendly staff. I had egg rolls and pad Thai both were fantastic. I had take out and everything was still nice and hot when I got back to my hotel room. Highly recommend.

My husband, 1.5 year old daughter and I had lunch at Vietnam Star during 2024 Lunar New Year!! We had the best time- wonderful service, excellent food and even a special new year gift ❤ I cannot recommend enough! Best Vietnamese restaurant in Minnesota!

The servers went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make us feel welcome! I have a brother with special needs and a 4 year old brother who can sometimes be distracting or difficult. They were so friendly and so accommodating even when my disabled brother knocked some water over or my 4 year old brother repeatedly asked for apple juice (which they don’t have, but they were incredibly kind and found amusement in his requests). The food was also delicious and we had an incredible experience. 10/10 recommend!!

Fantastic food. Fantastic service and all at a good price! This is one of my most favorite restaurants in the whole world, literally. Christy the owner will treat you like a longtime friend. She really knows what she is doing and the food is spectacular! Bring the kids....

The food is good. The eggroll are really good. A little bit oily but it doesn’t taste oily. I eaten a lot of eggroll from different restaurants and deli. These are good besides the oily.Get the chicken, it has a little bit crispy which it good.

We love this restaurant, the food is always delicious. Good, fast service. My son ordered the Pho and the bowl was bigger than his 16 year old man hands. Love this place. Easy access from highway, lots of parking. Restaurant isn't very large but very clean and nicely decorated.

I couldn’t have better things to say, delicious food & even better service. The owner comes to your table like she has known you for years!

The food here is amazing and they just remodeled everything is new. I hear their putting a Pho Bar in !!!! Can't wait to come back and try the PHO CHALLENGE !!! GREAT SPOT FOR FAMILY, FRIENDS, AND SOCIAL GATHERINGS.

They have the best egg rolls and wanton that I've found,and believe me, I have eaten many places to check this out.

We have started eating at the restaurant instead of just takeout. Food is quick and very hot. Service is very good.

Of all the Vietnamese restaurants I been to, this one has one of the BEST costumer service. I always stop by when I’m in the area.

Dinner was wonderful. As always. We had the dinner combo DC3 hot n spicy chicken that comes with egg roll and wontons, an order of fried pot stickers and extra wontons ( because we love them sweet ones) The staff is just awesome 👌 great people who've owned the restaurant for years and years!

This restaurant earns this 5 star review! I didn’t even come dine in, I had a nose bleed and the owner let me used their restroom and offered me water to make sure I was okay! If the gesture was already this great just imagine the foodddd!!!! I would recommend anyone to stop by! Great service and hospitality! The food here looks delicious too!

Been going here since high school in the mid 90’s, when I moved back from the south I was so happy to have an old favorite restaurant still be around. I go once a week for the PHO. I’m literally obsessed. After trying multiple Vietnamese restaurants in St. Paul from prior to COVID on I’ve narrowed it down to the best!!! No way anyone can compare. It’s perfect and they always hold my cilantro with pleasure! Great service! Family owned they deserve the best because they give the best! And price is on point for the Portion! 5 stars for Vietnam Star ⭐

Lol flies cover your plate of Pho? Pho is a soup... Been going to this restaurant since 06. Tried other restaurants and no other restaurant can beat there spring rolls. And last time I check the Manager was a female.
